I wish they had told us that the swimming pool is only put to use during the summer. The hotel i a little far away from the city, but you can always take the bus. Cause using uber, was very expensive.

Elena was the perfect host. She helped out communicating with city authorities – in Italian – to help recover my lost drone.

Will definitely go there again. Even though our stay was really short we saw that the location is really nice. There are a lot of free parking areas, very close to rooms. We didn't even had to ask for a child chair during breakfast, they just brought one while we were getting food. Staff is friendly and always smiling. The location is huge and for sure during summer time it's even better than in March.

Some more variety on the breakfast would be nice, but it is all right (plenty of fresh juice to choose from, great sweets). Or rating for this would be around 8 out of 10, so pretty good.

The staff were very accommodating. The restaurant amazing especially breakfast and dinner. Very quiet, spacious rooms and beautiful gardens.

It did seem far from everywhere so for someone with mobility issues had to taxi everywhere which became costly otherwise buses are close by.

Everything was just great! The quality of everything for such a price is just unbelievable. I didn't wanted to go home.

aircon had been shut down , so window had to be open . no real room service as such , only during restaurant hours of operation.

The room was clean but I had to demand 2 nights to get a shower liquid and the lotion. ( dispenser is empty ) I stayed for one week and the room never change the bedding’s and towels. It is very expensive the rate of 410 chf per night for the 6 days I was there and the jacuzzi and swimming pool is not even operational. It is not stated on the booking that . The swimming pool and jacuzzi is not operating. I booked the hotel at this rate for this kind of facilities. Thé breakfast is not very special not too much choices. I am very disappointed ☹️ and will not recommend .

When they show the publicity of their facilities it must be functional. When client stay several days . The towels and bedding’s must be change. Breakfast lounge should have more variety of food. Room must fully checked is the liquid dispenser is empty .

The service was nice and helpful. The breakfast was good with enough choices. There was a nice (though small) pool which good be a bit warmer.

The rooms are quite small. The 'glasses' in the bathroom are soft and plastic (in our room they were both already cracked). The hotel is situated on some distance from the center of Bologna so you need transport to get there.

I was not there. we came with my son to hospital. at the hospital I got that need to stay with my son and called to the Hotel. but they didn’t give me a partial return, even because of my heavy situation with son.

easy access, wide environment, nice for staying and relaxing. very good service in the restaurant, the food was enjoyable.

room full of tobacco smell. we arrived with a small dog and they mentioned not to smoke inside the room. for us this was by default a rule even if we aren’t smokers. we arrived at the room and it was smelling full of cigarettes. except from that, both me and my husband we were feeling all the night that the mattress had bedbugs and we couldn’t sleep. feels like it was a very nice hotel that after some years they stopped maintaining it.

The staff was more than amazing. Loved the pool area and very pleased with the room. The location of the hotel is very peaceful so there was never any disturbance. I would definitely stay there again.
