Excellent Italian breakfast with very nice service

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Olbia. Very comfortable room.

Hotel needs general overhaul, with stained walls and chipped woodwork. No desk in the room.

Our flight was delayed and they were still open for a booking after midnight

The shower was missing half the door so water went everywhere, the pillows on the beds were terrible. There was not much to choose from for breakfast

A bit dated. Part of our shower door was missing. No view from our window (looked out to a stairwell).

Stayed in triple room. Third bed a cot rather than a single bed. Uncomfortable and I just fit (I’m 164cm so any taller wouldn’t fit).

the staff is cordial, nice and competent! they are available to meet the needs of the customer. they really helped us a lot to find the venue and suggestions about tours and beaches the parking just behind the hotel, free of charge ! the location is super central ! the room was equipped with all amenities (frigo as well) and furnished with a nice taste! nice breakfast as well, from 7 in the morning! The venue doesn’t have beaches but they lent us a breach umbrella throughout all the stay!

The bathroom was a bit small. There is not bar for beers/wines at the hotel !

The location is excellent and right in the heart of Olbia with lots of restaurants. The breakfast was good.

The air conditioning did not work. And the only thing we got was a fan. It was a hot summer night in July. We hardly slept more than a couple of hours. The bathroom have seen better days. The shower was so tiny, and the doors fell off at one time.

The staff were so helpful. We were travelling with a baby and needed to sterilize bottles etc. They washed our bottles downstairs and we could then sterilised them using a kettle. They had a travel cot all set up for us. The location was also excellent with restaurant and bars on the doorstep and there was also free parking.

Excellent location in the centre of Olbia, and the free parking is a great bonus. The three members of staff I had anything to do with were friendly, friendly, and indifferent. Breakfast was so-so, the woman serving breakfast is nice. The hotel needs some attention as it's beginning to look a little shabby in places.

At breakfast, the coffee wasn't great, nor was the bread, and there was no fruit. And when are hotels and B&Bs going to stop serving butter, rubbishy jams, yoghurts, etc. in wasteful and earth-destroying plastic containers?
