Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Tolles Ambiente auf der Terrasse und in der Gartenanlage. Schöner Pool mit ausreichend Liegen. Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade aber dennoch abgeschirmt und ruhig.

Preise für Getränke und Speisen im oberen Bereich. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbüffet. Plätze auf der Terrasse topp, im Inneren eher Bahnhofshallencharakter. Das jüngere Personal beim Frühstück teilweise etwas unmotiviert. Müssten evtl von dem älteren Personal noch etwas mehr angewiesen werden.

Location is perfect but the reset doesn’t worth to stay at all. The bicycle in hotel is scam turn on and I want to do group ride I can’t and I turned it off and count 20€ for day for 5 mins only …room with flys and bugs.

The property is located at the beach, one couldn’t ask for more. The room quality, cleaning was exceptional, fantastic amenities not thing short of a 5star experience. Amazing breakfast as well as menu inclusive. Stunning selection of fruit and big oh boy the cakes. Excellent service always. The spa treatment was great.

We should have asked to change our pillows as we had forgotten to change for feather down.

Everyone working at the property were polite and very helpful, Marina the concierge was brilliant, very knowledgeable and booked us lots of nice restaurants and excursions.the guys on reception were very helpful as well when we needed to extend two of the rooms for a few hours.

The only thing was breakfast was very very busy, maybe in the more popular months they have more set out so it’s less busy and cramped

The staff and the good and beverage were amazing as well as location so close to beach and live entertainment

It’s a bit dated. Shower in bathtub wasn’t working. Wifi week all over. Mini bar prices are too high.

The walls were very thin, we could here people next door to our room speaking, playing music. And when the cleaning staff were cleaning in the morning, lots of loud noises.

Great location next to the beach, excellent service and overall atmosphere: it’s beautiful in and out. The breakfast variety is exceptional and in general all the food is very tasty (we had breakfasts and dinner there, the paella is super delicious)

The hotel as whole was tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. The gym was well equipped which we enjoyed. The breakfast was good.

I booked a room with a double bed. When we entered the room it was 2 single beds pushed together. When I asked for it to be changed, staff were sent to put a 'topper' over the 2 beds and double sheets. When we returned to the room the topper was inadequate and wrongly placed, it was still 2 single beds with a gap between. The legs of the bed were weak, didn't sit on the floor properly and they creaked when you sat on the bed. I complained again and we were then moved to a room with a double bed which was what I had asked for initially. The original room would have been noisy as it faced onto the street, thankfully the room we were moved to was over looking the pool and much quieter.

Location, facilities

The room was fantastic. The view onto the Mediterranean was jaw dropping. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Great lighting, comfortable furniture, coffee in the room, fluffy towels, nicely appointed bathroom. It was over the top!

The wifi is confusing. To connect you need to give a lot of personal information that I am always very leery of. And you must connect to the wifi because there is no cell signal!!
