Fantastic location, super clean, lovely pool area, okay breakfast.

The place and facilities are getting a bit tired, the bathroom was small and very basic which let it down (I had an annex room).

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. First of all, we were placed in a bungalow which was a bit far away from the main building and on the second floor. Since ther is no lift in the bungalow as well as in the main building, it is quite challenging to lift up luggage, especially if you have a lot of them... Secondly, the matras in the room fell down and it was very uncomfartable, so that we did not sleep well after a very exhausting day. Then I asked the receptionist to change the room to another one and our room was quickly changed. The new room was family type and spacious with 2 floors. Finally, when we told to the reception that we won't have the breakfast since we are leaving very early. We were told that we can have the early breakfast. It was not the breakfast, because we had only coffee/tea and the bakings left from the last breakfast. -( The positive aspect was that the beach and the sea across the hotel were crystal clear. Even though there are volcanic pebbles on the beach, it does not hurt you.

Closeness to the beach. Free use of sunbeds on the beach and around the pool. Good bar next to the pool that served reasonably priced lunches. Our room was regularly cleaned to a high standard. Large balcony for sea view rooms.

Accommodation was basic. Showing signs of age. Shower didn't work particularly well and the bathroom was very small.

Cannot recommend enough to stay in this Hotel, beautiful views from the balcony, 10 secs to the beach, with umbrella and sunbeds included. Many thanks to the staff, the girl at reception gave 110% to accommodate us, and made our stay even better!

it’s simplicity

The location was absolutely brilliant, just a two minute walk to the beach. The staff were all lovely, so helpful and friendly. The food and drinks in the poolside bar were delicious and very reasonably priced.

My only suggestion would be an update to the shower, the water pressure was a little on the low side, but otherwise our room was perfect.

Simply fabulous! Beautiful room with a view of the sea and pool. Beach was incredible, black sand and sunshine all day! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Guys! See you next year again! :-)

A/C was old and noisy.

We had a private little pool outside our room and a closed patio, which was brilliant for our little one. The staff was extremely nice. After having some issues at one of the hotels in Oia it was lovely relaxing vibe at Atlantis Beach Villa. I regretted we didn't book it for longer

The pool was lovely. After being moved out of a terrible room the room was much nicer.

The room we were given in the annex was terrible. The bathroom was very dirty, mouldy and in need of a complete rehaul. Lampshades were mouldy.

it’s in other part of the island, the crowd goes to Oia and Fira however this is nice option if you have rented car. There is a close private beach with free huts and towels. there is nice swimming pool by the bar as well. The best part is the beach there is sandy and good for kids, these are hard stones, very small so kids can enjoy
