This hotel is Amazing! The beach is 2 minutes from the hotel and so the bus stop that take you to fira. the staff is lovely! I absolutely recommend it

Very polite staff, convenient location.

A bit noisy during nighttime- people stay late at the balconies chatting. The bathroom is very small and needs a cabin for the shower I believe.

The breakfast was good, decent. The room was comfy and had everything we needed. The stay was very good!

We didn't liked anything.

We have been in three hotel in this trip, and this one is the worst one. Actually its a very old hotel with very low standard. Room was smelly, bathroom was too small. Checkin time 3 PM and check out 11, no breakfast, even with money you will not get good breakfast. There pool is a joke. Its closed from 2- 6pm, then only open for two hours, small, and didn't impress us enough. The guy at reception so far okay, but other staff even didn't bother to say hi. I would not stay there in future.

Fantastic location for the beach and restaurants etc, Traditional styled Family run hotel, the service and communication very good, lovely people, rooms cleaned daily, so helpful & attentive, lovely pool , very pretty & sweet, everything was so easy and no bother. I loved it all, felt very safe for my daughter & her friend to have their own room in the semi basement area.

Location is perfect for the beach - it is less than 5 minutes walk away from the beach and all the beach side bars and restaurants. It's also only a few minutes walk to the main road where there are supermarkets, bus stops and a load more shops and bars. Despite this, it wasn't noisy at night. The room has everything you need: enough storage for your things, plenty of towels, air con, fridge, a little balcony. The pool and the space around the pool is not huge but is nice. The staff would tidy the room each day, making the bed, emptying the bin and providing fresh towels if needed. Anything we asked for was quickly and happily sorted, and we were able to leave our luggage on the last day for a little while after check out. Would happily stay again.

There was no hook for the shower head and the water temperature was very inconsistent. The room we had was a bit cramped because of the furniture layout.

Excellent location at a walking distance from Perissa beach. Although the rooms were not very comfortable, they were kind of like we expected. I would say that the pictures in the Hotel page are fair and accurate. The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and they gave us a kind support when my boy had an accident, taking us to the hospital in Fira. In general, it is good value for money, specially taking into account the location and the convenient breakfast facility and nice staff.

The facilities are relatively old and the room is under the ground level, without windows (as shown in the pictures). There was some kind of leakage problem in the toilet and by the end of the day there was always a bad smell around the flush pipes. In general, the facilities were not very child friendly, with several steps, corners, unsafe stairs and slippery floors. My 6-yr old son slipped when leaving the pool area and got 3 stitches at the back of his head. Some anti-slip floor around the swimming pool and stairs would have been a nice upgrade.

The family owned hotel were beyond helpful and their father actually drove us where we needed to go! very kind and helpful!

Quaint yet clean! It felt like home away from hime and the pool is absolutely spectacular!!

The location was perfect only a 2 min walk to the beach and the owner was a lovely lady who was very helpful and super nice.

I loved how friendly the staff was, the room was amazingly decorated and spacious. There was daily cleaning and change of towels if you wanted.

Nothing, the worst experience during my life.

Very dark and so dirty room. At the end of the shower, the dirty water got out from the drain. Black water flooded the bathroom. In spite of that, nobody give us a solution, the owner of the hotel laughed of me. Very bad breakfast, a lot of flies on the food We had to move to the new hotel and I wasted my money.
