We were very happy with out stay here. The front desk staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was large with a big private terrace and a gorgeous view. It was clean, quiet and comfortable.

A remote and very relaxing environment, good facilities for short breaks. Very good for anyone who enjoys hiking or cycling.

The location and views were fantastic. The pool and the little olive grove were such pleasant places to spend time. Our rooms had large terraces with sun loungers, table and chairs but there were several nice places to sit if you do not go for this option. Breakfast and dinner are served either in the restaurant with amazing views or on the adjoining terrace. The service and the food were both good. Receptionist was very nice and obliging. This was our last stay after touring Andalucia / Extremadura for nearly 3 weeks and it was the perfect environment in which to relax, contemplate the beauty of this part of Spain and summon up the will to return to the UK.

The location was wonderful. So quiet, the staff were very helpful. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The view from the room was spectacular. The bathroom was very nice.

Stunningly beautiful, secluded retreat in the nature reserve with a good dinner .
Rooms have beautiful terraces. Grounds are very well maintained. Beautiful swimming pool with views of the nature reserve.
*They could use a MESH network to extend their WiFi to all rooms.
*The shower had no basket or shelf to place the soap and shampoo.

A beautiful setting for this lovely hotel. Everything was perfect, a spacious room with a lovely view and a comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom. The breakfast was very good.

I stayed twice at Cortijo Salinas and both times spent less that 12 hours, it was just for sleep and breakfast, so I cannot tell much about the activities at the hotel. Instead, I can tell that the hotel is very nice with beautiful views and delicious breakfast. It is clean and quite. Perfect for a stay for somebody who does appreciate the peace and calm.

Staff is very helpful, the Cortijo is beautifully decorated and equipped, nature around it is pure and calm. The cows came up from the valley every morning to pass by the Cortijo to go their grazing grounds. Time to get up then... the covid-breakfast arrangement was a bit cumbersome, see further down. Breakfast was nice, including fresh figues from the tree outside. We travelled in the area and there is a lot to visit. A perfect place for people looking for a quite and charming hotel.
We visited many places in Spain on our trip and mostly had breakfast buffets where we stayed. The one person serving breakfast from behind a counter in Cortijo Salinas was surely covid-safe but required a long queuing time as people had to ask her for every ingredient of the breakfast. However, the lady serving was a real sunshine which made up for the waiting time.

It's in a lovely setting and the whole area makes for very scenic drives.
Breakfast was very nice with excellent coffee. Very quiet during the night.
Found it very strange not to be provided with drinking water or soap. We chose the hotel because it said hiking trails but there was no information. We were also expecting a balcony but, apart from room 20, they were all Juliette style which is useless as a balcony. Would not recommend the restaurant of an evening and the bar has no atmosphere. Suspect that you can buy hot and cold drinks from reception but no information advertised.

If you like countryside hotel it's your place. 30 min reaching distance to several white village and Ronda. The hotel is like a hacienda very clean an rooms like new. Pool not big but enough.

The views from the rooms are superb.
The staff did a fantastic job of working around the difficulties presented by coronavirus.
The rooms were fairly basic but comfortable. At least once we got a blanket and second pillows.
It is just a little bit far to drive into Grazalema or Zahara for dinner. There are other choices nearby but not as many options.
The dinner in the hotel was ok but the dining room doesn’t have much ambience. Partly due to the long narrow shape. It would be ok on lighter nights when you could see out to the views.
