The location was excellent- on the outskirts of Soi Bukao but still really close to everything. One bedroomed apartment, lovely big size and great value for money. Separate jacuzzi bath and shower cubicle. Plenty hot water, cleaned every day (TV in lounge area and also in bedroom). Very comfortable stay.

There wasn’t very many sun beds around the pool - could have done with more. Sometimes we could hear a little noise from the bars opposite (didn’t really bother us because we were late in anyway most nights). Sometimes of the furniture is a little dated but still great value for what we paid

We stayed in this hotel 8 years ago and it was lovely and clean, it doesn't look like the place has had a lick of paint inside or out since then, broken tiles in rooms, mucky walls in rooms and on exterior walls, filthy pool, broken sunloungers, filthy cushions for sun loungers, tired same old furniture, place looks like it wants closing down for 12 months for cleaning and refurbishment doing

I had the 2nd floor so could hear alot of noise from traffic, where I was in main building high level in previous visits and it was quiet

Outstanding staff, atmosphere, condition of the facility, and location were all excellent. In room full kitchen more than compensate for lack of restaurant.

No restaurant in the facility. However, a continental type breakfast is available.

Water in the bathroom was disgusting and there was two old towels in the shower when I checked in.
