The staff were all friendly and welcoming including the manager who was great. Very helpful with local information and went out of their way to accommodate us. The staff all spoke English. The room had a balcony overlooking the gardens and was well furnished and very comfortable. Great variety at breakfast including some very yummy cakes baked in house. Having car parking on site is a great bonus. The whole ambiance of the hotel was luxurious. Views over the mountains and lake were tremendous. A must go to hotel in Riva del Garda. We will return.

My wife has a lot of cosmetics and potions so she would like another shelf in the bathroom to put them on ! :) My shaving kit and toothbrush fitted perfectly.

We liked the location, the outdoor area and the pool. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The service was warm and excellent.

great hotel with a lovely atmosphere around the bar and terrace area. Pool area was nice too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The quality of the food at breakfast and lunch was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel very good for a 3 star.

Not much. the bathroom in our room was small and needs updating but we had been offered an alternative room but decided to stay in this room for the views of the lake.

The hotel was really beautiful, great staff in all places, great location, great breakfast etc! Treats you as a client in a very nice way! Can also reccomend the restaurant for dinner.

The common areas of the hotel are comfortable and cosy. The lobby, the bar, the restaurant and the garden looks very nice and have a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff were helpful and kind. The location was great. The breakfast was excellent.

We had the basic room with lake view. The room was very small, the furniture was pretty worn out, there were many cracks on the walls and even doors. The bed was uncomfortable and hard. The bathroom was minuscule with brown stains on the curtains and tiles. What the stains were of I prefer not to know. The biggest issue was the shower. Both my husband and I are quite slim and we had difficulties fitting into the small shower and shower comfortably. One could not soap one’s toes without falling out of the shower. additionally, it took good 10 minutes for the water to warm and after a few minutes of showering, the warm water was gone. For the price, I expected a slightly better quality.

The location is nice and the hotel has a good swimming pool. The resturant and the hotel bar are good. Reption staff is friendly and the breakfast room is extremely nice.

The rooms are quite old style and far from comfortable, but our room had nice balcony. Our room was next to the air condition for the hotel and made a lot of noise through out the night. The smell in the room was also bad. The rooms need to be refurbished.

The food was excellent, both at the Breakfast buffet and the hotel's restuarant, in which we ate one evening. It is on the expensive side, but the steak was top quality. The pool is lovely & service was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms are small and dated. They could really do with a re-vamp and don't match the 'downstairs' quality. The bathroom in particular was far too small.

Had a great (but short) stay whilst travelling around the lake. The hotel is very nice with a boutique feel. Greta swimming pool and the staff were fantastic.

If I had to chose something I would suggest that maybe the bathrooms could be updated

Charming hotel of oldie worldiestyle but with all the modern amenities. It suited us perfectly, character, beautiful breakfast, relaxing gardens, loved our time there. Staff also incredibly friendly and helpful

Bed was a little hard, but struggling to find something I didn't like

It‘s a nice 3 star hotel, just a few steps from the old town. The staff is very friendy and we also liked the pool and the very nice garden restaurant with yummy food.

We don’t have a problem to stay in an older 3 star hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel charges way too high room rates in high season for the rooms they are offering. Rooms are quite old (e.g. the wooden door to the bathroom was so old that we could hardly close it, the air conditioning was quite week for a hot summer day, also very slow Wifi).

The hotel is very clean, staff is very friendly and the breakfast is amazing! The garden is wonderful.

There was a lot of noise in our room. The room was next to the elevator and we could hear the elevator tune all the time. We also could hear every step and sound from the room above us. We did not have a lot of sleep this week.

Excellent service, very good breakfast, located in a beautifully kept garden, nice pool with view to the mountains, private parking, few minutes to the center of Riva.

Great hotel, very nice staff, delicious breakfast and perfect location! I recommend it with all my heart!
