This was a fabulous stay! The hosts of this place were friendly. I love the cosiness and the atmosphere provided at this minsu. We had an awesome hotpot dinner overlooking the wonderful view. We also had 3 guardian angels watching over us - the dogs!

Everything is excellent. The reception area, room, restaurant is so cozy n have home feel hotel. The hotel is surrounded by superb n breathtaking Scenery 🥰🥰🥰

Really lovely view from the compound and building/rooms were newer than I expected. Enjoyed sitting at the balony looking out to the lush greenery of the mountains, listening to birds chirping and even spotted a monkey. Room was clean and there was a seating area outside the rooms where we could gather to chat. Breakfast was decent and staff were friendly.

Our rooms were clean and well designed. Was impressed with the interior decorations in the guest rooms as well as the common areas/corridors. There is a platform just outside the hotel main entrance where you can view the sunrise. The owners were very friendly and helpful, always willing to provide information about the Eryanping Trail which is very near to the hotel. Breakfast was sumptuous and the spread/variety was excellent.

Make sure to buy some food such as instant noodles at the bottom of the mountain-there is a convenience store . There is no food up there except for breakfast.

Really enjoyed the location as you can see a beautiful sunrise in the morning, plus there are nice hikes to do around. The breakfast was also really good! The family running this place is also extra nice, it was raining on the day we checked in and they cale by car to pick us up so we wouldn’t get wet while walking there (we were 15min walk away). Really appreciated!

I wish the windows were better soundproofed as we got a noisy toad singing all night (nothing we could do).

Breakfast was really good for a quaint hotel but maybe because it is located at the forest side, insects are common in the room, but the staff is very friendly and helpful if you ask them for help. The view is really good if you want to catch sunrise.

I would say this was the best Hotel expirience I've had in my life. The scenery and the view from the room where beautiful, constantly changing with the weather. The room itself lager than expected, a high ceiling, equipt with all you need, with a top modern bathroom, clean and comfortable. The breakfast has a good variation of food, calm jazzy background music, seats where you can see the koi fish swimming under you tough the glass. The Host offert us tea at there tea-table, presenting finest high mountain oolong tea, showed us the menue of the restaurants close by and made a reservation for us since we where late. In both directions there where a loot of tea producers, some few restaurants, and a convince store.

There was no place to do laundry in the hotel, they offert us a drying rack thought.

Breakfast is good, except the coffee because we prefer espresso coffee. But no problem, tea is so good Location not very easy without a car, the bus stop is a bit far with the luggage.

Great delicious buffet breakfast with great view! There was bread with toaster, mini egg sandwich, porridge, fruits, some cooked dishes, salad, juices and coffee. Room is also very clean, big ,and well provided for. We had the room in front with our own balcony and view was fantastic. :) There’s a nearby short hike (about 20 min) just next to the accommodation, while the longer Eryanping hike is a little further away. We also managed to catch the sunrise the next morning on the common outdoor deck.

If you’re driving the place has car parking, but we took the public bus, and had to walk about 1+ km with our luggage in tow. There’s a pedestrian path that’s ok to walk on (we walked up and down in the evening for dinner to a hotpot place near the bus stop too), but was a bit rocky for our luggage on wheels, though definitely doable. Still, would be good if there was some sort of transfer for guests like us.

Breakfast - a full buffet spread with Chinese and Western choices. Awesome! Location - was a bit remote but the views more than made up for it. Room - overlooking the mountains. Newly built - modern, tasteful and clean. Amazing!

The sewerage pipe along the wall of the common corridor gave off a stench in the morning. Could be a construction fault as I understand that the wing we were staying in was newly built. Minor point - understand that Alishan is a tea drinking region, but the coffee served at breakfast was weak.

This location is exquisite for watching the sunrise, absolutely stunning!

very cozy , the hostess was extremely nice and there are two cute dogs at the property. One early morning we went for photography , one of the dogs (pang pang) followed us and guarded us the entire time . it is a nice place with great scenery
