Nice industrial design, flat TV, very good internet connection, self check-in. Very spacious studio.

There was only one european socket adapter that didn't work, high humidity and only two rolls of toilet paper for 7 nights. There were two dispensers in the shower cubicle, full of water, one of them with some shampoo left at the bottom. The terrace was below our expectations and there was a smell of dampness.

We had a nice stay at this place. Room was clean and the apartment was in a good location. Recommended

Perfect location; a few minutes from the sea, close to many restaurants, bus station, right next to a small grocery shop. The room was completely fine in size, with a balcony. Fully airconditioned -smart TV etc. we loved it. Lovely common area with a proper kitchen, as well as hob, microwave and fridge, and plenty of place to work or chill. The accommodation has a self check-in system, you can arrive anytime (even during the night). All the details clearly received by message, and the host was available always to assist with any queries. Definitely one of the best place in terms of quality-price, highly recommended.

Shared room, kitchen, self-checkin.

The room was +/- clean, but it smelled realy bad. The shared room too. The view from the balcony is terrible (there is no view, there is a wall and trash).

We had a small, check in problem, but this was quickly put right by good owner Andras, smart accomodation, with nice kitchen area and cooking facilities, clean and smart, very nice break for us, 8-8.5 out of ten.

We had problems with the shower and toilet and we’re not satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment. We spotted diverse hair/hairs, a sticky tv remote, food prints on the floor and towels in a bad condition. The shared kitchen was also not well maintained. The drain of shower and toilet did not work at all. (Towels were changed)

Everything was great. Good price and location.

Nice location to the sea. Nice staff The room is clean. WiFi is fast. The room is the same as shown on the booking. There is a small shop right next to the guesthouse. We had a patio outside of the room. Over all it is very recommended for couples, students or even family with children to stay.

The apartment was very clean and cozy, and what was most important during hot summer days-very well air-conditioned. Each room has its own bathroom and there is a shared kitchen, equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, induction panel, and various kitchen dishes so it was very easy to prepare a delicious and inexpensive meal. The apartment neighbors the grocery store which is also a great advantage. The staff is very nice and very fast-responsive. Very good experience.

Excellent price-quality ratio, very easy comunication, you get everything you need, everything was excellent.

Great room with kitchen and bathroom, all clean

We stayed in the studio below in the “garage”. It is very spacious and the communal area is nice. It is also quiet. Communication with the owner was perfect. Very quick and stable internet connection at all times.

The humidity was severe and you smell it, when you enter the apartment. The interior design needs to be renewed. But both aspects are due to the lockdown during the 2 years of Corona period and will probably vanish with time. The were a lot of kitchen machines provided, but it was not possible to connect them to energy, since the had a European cable and there was no adapter provided. We solved that problem with the owner and an dapter was provided. The location is good for partying.

Our stay at LA 88 was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for - only 10 minutes walk to the square and beachfront and really handy to have a convenience shop right next door. Our room was clean and great size and staff were attentive throughout our stay. Couldn't have asked for anything more :)

The balcony was in an enclosed area however we didn't spend too much time there so this didn't affect our stay.

I loved the independence of the property and how I had my own kitchen area. The property was modern and clean and bright and was very comfortable

My only issue was that the hairdryer in my room didn’t work but it didn’t matter too much
