The proprietor showed exceptional kindness to us when we arrived late at night, providing invaluable assistance and extending a warm welcome. Both the room and the bathroom were impeccably clean, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment. Although our stay was brief, we had a remarkably comfortable night. Additionally, the proprietor generously accepted the payment without insisting on the change and even offered me much-needed medicine.

The family who runs the place was very welcoming and accommodated our request to change our arrival time at a late hour without any additional fees. The location is convenient, being just a 5-7 minute walk from the train terminal and metro station. The price was also very reasonable.

The only downsides were that the place was a bit chilly at night (although the blankets made up for it, we felt pretty warm under them) and the bathroom was shared with other guests, which could result in some waiting time. Additionally, the doors to the rooms are quite close together, so you can hear other guests easily.

The host woman speaks English very good, she is very kind pearson, she is helpfull, she gave us many brilliant travel advicess. Thanks to her we were on one day trip to Tatev, her husband helped us with ordering a taxi, he also speaks English. They spent evening with us talking about travelling, explaining us Armenian history also offering coffe. The room and the bathroom were clean. They let us leave our luggage when we checked out and pick up it later. I really recommend that place!
