Villa bellissima, stanze grandi e ben arredate, vista mare, molto pulita, posizione strategica in quanto vicina al faro di Maspalomas, supermercato a pochi minuti a piedi, ristoranti sfiziosi nelle vicinanze, la piscina molto grande e molto pulita, parcheggio privato e sorvegliato

Great location overlooking the pool and views of the sea. Spacious. Quiet. Very restful main bedroom. Nice sun beds. Easy walk to beach front.

The property is in need of some maintenance and care. Shower screen broken. Parasol missing from garden. Sofa stained. Pool towels poor quality. we stayed in February and the bungalow was very cold in the evening and needs a heater.

The bungalow/apartment itself is spacious, clean and generally in good condition. Good beds. The neighborhood/bungalow area (ex. hotel complex?) is very quiet and nearest neighbors seem to be permanent residents. Pool area good and very few people around, pool not heated though. Nice terrace, backyard and balcony. Location OK - short distance to the beach, big supermarket and (half-empty) shopping mall with some restaurants. All in all good for family stay!

No much soundproofing to outside noise, even if windows are kept closed - on the weekend loud music from beach/hotel nightclub (?), as well as people talking or ad-hoc partying on the streets, etc. was well audible during the night and earplugs needed until 4AM or so. Luckily the bungalow area is very quiet and "potential weekend noise sources" are at least few hundred meters away. Some of basics available, some missing (not a surprise, though, but good to notice if arriving when supermarket is closed). Number of different keys to doors and gates is ridiculous, but to me more a funny detail than a problem :).

Great complex with enough privacy but still close to the promenade and beaches. swimming pool right outside the house was great.

Water pressure of the shower isn't phenomenal, but it was perfectly fine.
