Instant coffee at breakfest.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. In particular, Catarina at the front desk was exceptional with her assistance for using the metro, tour busses, etc. The breakfasts were very good with a nice variety.

the room showed needs seeing to seriously (wall paper showed signs of water damage, door frange badly damaged). everything was very dark.

the bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows for the bed modern decor the location was only a walking distance of about 3 minutes to the nearest metro stop (anjos)

the ventilation in the bathroom wasn’t working and made the bathroom spell a lot after a shower which was annoying. the tbh on the wall was extremely small however if you’re on a city break you’re surely not going to be in your room watching tv

well located, clean and friendly staff that let us leave our bags at the hotel until we left Lisbon.

This hotel is not reasonably distance by walk neither Barri Alto nor Alfamo which takes 30 min. However you can take the tube which is very close to. The room smell bad and was noisy as it was near the elevator.

The hotel is in a very convenient location and was comfortable and well-furnished. It was clean and had full housekeeping services. The nighttime staff was helpful!

The daytime staff was not very helpful and check-in was unduly laborious. The daytime staff did not offer any maps or recommendations, which was disappointing.

Nice location. Super clean and the cleaning staff did impeccable job at keeping my room clean.

The whole expectation that as a foreign tourist I should speak Portuguese - I kept getting emails in Portuguese prior to checking in, then the staff member that checked me in didn’t speak English at all. The hotel reminds me a bit of a bad tinder date where you see the pictures and they look good, only to see them in person and realise the pictures were taken 15 years ago. That’s to say the room looked exactly like it does in the pictures, but had obviously seen long years of wear and tear. It can definitely do with an update — if not on the interior, at least on those god awful pillows that have obviously not been replaced in years. Last but not least, they absolutely need to do something about that Wi-Fi. At a speed of a few kbps it wasn’t useable at all. I see reviews saying the same dating heads back and I can confirm that it still is as bad as they say.

Room was clean, everything were in place. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast all you can eat for 10 euro was great.

Room was smelly like a toilet. Could here people walking in and out rooms.
