The pool looked okay

Well the furniture was dirty , it had soda stains that was never cleaned and I found hair stuck to the wall in front of the toilet. I found a spot of blood on the green cover sheets and the smoke detector was pulled out of the wall and the door didn’t close properly which I had a very bad feeling about.. I didn’t even stay the night. It was just scary all around.

Muy sucio, llegue y había botes de refrescos de los huéspedes anteriores, al día siguiente de la llegada intenté usar el microondas y adentro había comida olía muy feo, tuve que ir con la encargada a qué me prestará otro microondas de empleados, en el baño, una toalla tenía sangre, y ahí la pusieron como limpia, en la puerta no funcionaba el candado, la secadora de pelo no estaba, ni la base solo se veían los hoyos, no había klinex en su lugar donde está el lavabo, en la alberca sobre el agua había una nata blanca, sucia, una palapa de madera muy deteriorada, no había máquina de hielo, instalaciones muy dañadas, se observa mucha falta de mantenimiento, no hay desayuno, pague más de 60 USD pero creo que deberian cobrar como 15 o 20 por noche.

Super hot when we got in, air conditioning was poor and felt like it never got below 76 degrees. MIND YOU THIS WAS AT NIGHT

The room was great and so is the staff I loved how the pool was crystal clear and how maid service was extremely polite and timely. I also enjoyed the fact that it was walking distance to the Walmart and the convenience store. I would enjoy staying here again if needed

I didn't like how the internet only reach the rooms near the office but not the rooms at the end of the hallways. I also didn't like how the phone in the bedroom didn't work
