The parking situation.

I loved the simplicity of the room. There is no "art" on the walls but large mirrors instead. The TV is huge and provides loads of local stations, streaming stations, and premium TV. Wi-Fi is free. All the lights work. Parking space in front of each motel door is wide, perfect for loading and unloading. This is an older motel building with limited superficial "updating"; however, the toilet is eco-friendly, the faucets work, there is a plug for the bathtub, the shower curtain keeps the water inside the tub, the linens are fresh and very white, the bed is comfortable, the temperature of the shower water is perfect, the coffee acceptable, the microwave and fridge in working order and clean condition. The continental breakfast is provided in the office area which is kept exceptionally neat, clean and tidy. The proprietors of the motel are welcoming and helpful. Their philosophy is represented in a quotation in the breakfast area: The Way To Happiness. AND they have 2 gorgeous, well-behaved Labradoodles.
The ONLY improvement I would make, which I communicated to the charming proprietor, is for housekeeping to wipe dry the chrome fixtures after cleaning so they sparkle.

I don't eat breakfast,so I can't tell you about the breakfast,but the area was clean,and had fresh fruit which I loved.My room was very clean,and my a/c was very cold,as I have menopause Everything was great about my stay .I will stay there again tomorrow f I need to.thanks,and staff was very friendly

The property was convenient…
The room was not as clean as we thought… the Kleenex dispenser was rusted on the outside.. the coffee maker was not very clean and was as cheap as possible… when looking online it said there was a continental breakfast… it was just a coffee maker… no food…

Room was clean, beds comfortable.
The trash cans didn't have bags and when I asked, I was told they didn't use bags. Then in the morning, I discovered we had no coffee pot. The cups and other things were there, but coffee or coffee pot. Had to go buy elsewhere.

That they were able to get us what we booked
Our room was not ready. They gave us another room. Sheets had 🕳 🕳 🕳 🕳 . Then they wanted to get us out of the room they put us in cuz it was booked. Beds were super hard.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very courteous and professional. Nights were quiet and we were able to sleep without interruptions. Price was very affordable.
Though it would have been nice to have a continental breakfast, I understand that not having a breakfast helps cut cost and the hotel is really not obligated to offer breakfast.

The desk clerk was so friendly I was hoping to open the room door and smell clean and beds comfortable enough
The room smelled like smoke and the floor was so greasy there was smudges on the floor like a sad mopping had happen. The toilet never flushed we stayed 2 night had to poor water into the bowl everytime we used used it when I went to complained I was told oh I’m sorry maybe the water was turned off I told him no we checked . He really acted so stupid as if he really cared .
Keep the room clean it’s not a huge room take pride on your own investment. I believe a clean establishment is what counts be proud and keep it clean and crisp.
