the location, good room size, nice pool and bar

Air conditioning was only usable while in the room, the rooms would hear up immensely at night. We had to wait in the reception area for 20 mins for our room to be ready and we were almost soaked in our sweat as they didn't turn on air conditioning. Breakfast was overall good but the coffee was quite bitter

Really big room with a nice pool. Friendly staff with an answer for every question. Breakfast box for the mornings where left earlier than the breakfast time.

Excellent breaksfast. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Quiet location of the hotel. I am very happy and I will return to this hotel in the near future.

The hotel is located a few minutes away from the center and beach by walking, breakfast can be taken at the pool of another building about 100m away, we have not tried the roof pool because of the wind

The location was great and it had nice air conditioning. Beds we comfortable and it was very clean. They took covid measures very seriously.

The whole hotel was quite dated. Don’t expect luxury. The bathroom felt like it was out of the 70s.

The bathroom shower - has it was over the spa with no shower curtain or shower screen, the floor would be flooded with water. We asked for extra towels to soak up the water but this was not ideal. Also we could not adjust the hot water which was way too hot. I therefore could not wash my hair. Kelly tried to help us but we still could not lower the temperature. Also, the room had no kettle or mugs so we could make a cup of tea. Next time we will ask for these items.
