The room was very spacious. The breakfast was really good. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful.

The room was not clean. All I could smell was dust so I figured the heater filter needed cleaned so I checked it but it was clean. The room was just very dusty.

Staff were great fun when I tried to talk in French :-) Food was excellent and so was the swimming pool.

Tourist trap. First we got a room which smelled like sigarets. Second room the ceiling was leaking water in the hallway.

Business park location. Exterior a little run down. Staff so helpful, nothing to difficult. Unfortunately next door to very noisy restaurant. Room appeared to be directly above exit.

Comfy bed and easy to get to after long drive. Close to main road.

There was no hot water. I arrived late and had to leave early so there was no way they couldve fixed this for me in time. I did read other reviews saying the same... so they clearly don't care or else it wouldve been fixed.

I can’t honestly say I liked anything.

The place is extremely run down, pictures do not reflect whatsoever. They were not ready for breakfast until 8:30, there is no reception. This was a quick stop for us, but we actually considered to leave, uncleanliness in the rooms were high and a smell that I cannot describe.

No warm water on the first day - but quickly fixed. The sealing of the Massage function in the shower should ne checked (room119), water was running out everywhere. Pools were not open, even if booking.com says they are in the FAQ.

The pool was excellent and the staff were very polite.

The location isn't great, it's in a kind of retail park without any footpaths and litter on the ground. (Outside the hotel premises!) The hotel restaurant area and pool were great, but the carpets in the rooms and hallways were beyond old! Definitely needed to be changed a few years ago..

On arrival the place looked excellent and we were very happy and excited to wake up for the spa in the morninng. But we're soon disappointed.

We booked this hotel for the spa facilities but it was only open for 2 hours in the day time and nothing was on or ready. The manager on reception told us that only 1 of the hot tubs was working but after 1 hour of soem other guests sat around complaining, she then came to turn on the other 2 hottubs. So she lied to our faces for no reason. They should have had it all running and warmed up ready for the open time of 10am not the closing time of 12pm. Also the check out time is 11...? No towels in the room.
