This hotel is located next to a a club that plays very loud club music throughout the night. The rooms were very dirty. There were pigeons living in the AC unit. I also saw several men with women that appeared to be prostitutes.

No hot water Everything is old The room was very bad and dirty I cannot take a shower. In the end I decided to move to a nearby hotel.

I would like to have a better staff with respect to house keeping.

Literally everything else. The hotel is like a horror show. Employers blowing their noses on the floor, bad smell, everything is old and very very very dirty, there's a nightclub downstairs that works every single night, no one talks to you about anything, not even when you check out. They gave us 4 keys that opened other 4 apartments. There was a pack of rotten bread inside one of our drawers and that was the only thing that got us moved to a better room which had gum in the shower. Nobody cleans the room while you're there (or before, I dare say). Not even toilet paper is replaced. A total nightmare. We just stayed there because we couldn't find anything so last minute. Booking should remove this hotel from their listing and compensate anyone who stays there. To avoid.

Room arranged was not ok, toilets were not properly maintained, we booked for 2, but the facilities not there.

The proximity to the beach and the general location.

It was run down, noisy, dirty, in need of major repairs and renovations. A breakfast was included in my room rate but it only consisted of a cold omelette served in my room.

The breakfast is not worth it. Just bring your own breakfast. The wifi disconnects momentarily and depletes most often. There are no stores nearby. In the Booking.com app charges me a service fee, and when we get there is another service fee....what?????
