Hyggelig betjening - serviceinnstilt og hjelpsomme!

Frokosten var ikke all verden. Gikk blant annet tomme for egg, og de bløtkokte eggene var langt fra ferdigkokte, så de rant bare ut av skallet.

Staff was nice and smiling - BUT that did not help much as long as the rest was so bad. But the TV on the room was big.

Name on Hotel : Rørosvidda Hotel - well this is stretching the word "vidda" far too long - in fact this "hotel"l is laying in a a sport senter alongside the football stadion in Røros - far from "vidda". The basement was used for people using the stadion. This might been OK if there were Ok to stay at the "accommodation" in this hotel. The room we got was dirty and not nice in any matter. Carpet dirty (haven't seen any kind of cleaning for a long time - which photos proves). Lamp on table ugly and broken as photo proves. Toilet and shower - ugly - dirty and worn in all way - as photo proves. Fridge in rom haven't been moved for a long time - a lot of dust and dirt in the rear - as photo proves. Breakfast - sorry this is absolute the worst breakfast given us in any Norwegian "hotel" ever - photo prove this. The plate was given to every guest with the equal content - the question we got was if we want hard or soft boiled egg - got one egg (was to chocked to ask for another one) and we was also asked for how many slides of bread we wised? Not a question regarding KIND of bread! Photo enclose what the "content" was. This was NOT a standard for a Hotel in any matter - this must be a Management problem to allow this poor standard. Friendly staff and cozy place.

I had nice and quiet room for decent price. The hotel in general was quiet. Nice common areas with tables and TV and freezer at common disposal. There was possibility for parking. The stuff was really nice and friendly.

Breakfast was basic, but ok. Consisting of the Breakfast plate and a bread of one/two choices. It could have been nice if hotel had some Yoghurt or meat-free options. Breakfast was limited due to Covid, but the tables were not cleaned regularly between people. But this would not stop me from staying in this hotel again.

Slightly remote from the town, but still walking distance. Poor breakfast (due to Corona restrictions not allowing for a buffet)

the receptionist is very kind.. we came early and tired but she gave us the room asap..very appreciated! all stuffs are friendly and helpful
