Parking was an issue, no car park at hotel, however, we found a parking spot on a side road which was safe & restriction free

everything,suite for two nights in january 200qd breakfast and free secure parking...whats not to like.

A59 traffic noise,but we were well aware of it,can't be helped....wouldn't stop us from returning

Parking overnight is an issue. I had to keep moving the car and paying a lot of money to do so!!

The good. Location Size of room Good breakfast included Parking only available with a suite (of which there are 3)

Check in- lacking any information. Staff rather sullen- chef parked in parking space - waited for him to move. No explanation of how to exit car park, so had to get out of car and go and find somebody. Some staff brilliant, some a little lacking . Bar ok- blind down in a window for duration. Hot water ran out in the suite after 2 brief showers so not enough for 4- it was freezing. Sofa bed wasn’t made on arrival so had to find the maids. Roller blind broken in kitchen- had to hop up in counter and roll up/down (as kids asleep in lounge area and this window faces the street with Xmas and street lighting). Heating- had to ask staff to assist- could get 2 out of 4 heaters working. Tv is master bedroom wouldn’t work- staff tried but couldn’t sort. Whole apartment felt like it needed a good clean. Paint needs a retouch, carpets need a clean. Mould around bathroom window needs sorting. Generally good- but really needs a good overhaul.

Staff all excellent. Rooms very spacious.

Shortage of hot water in Haworth, possibly on a timer, but too late for us to adjust.

Breakfast disappointing; no yoghurt available: never had that problem anywhere else.

The suite was a good size in a very central location. Downstairs bar was also very nice

Breakfast was very good but service was slow as under staffed. Bathroom need some updating.

The bed was very comfortable and clean. The room was quiet.

We had to wait 30 minutes for a cup of tea at breakfast. We waited for 3/4 hour for our breakfast to arrive. There was only one girl serving a room full of people, who mostly like us were on very expensive parking sites.

The breakfast was excellent food but it was a shame there wasn't a serve yourself buffet with cereals. The coffee was terrific.
