The Location and the view from the balcony was beautiful.It was clean.The staff was helpful and the parking is gratis.

it was a bit noisy at nights.There were only 2 connector in the room and no elevator.

we lived in a clean room with a unique view of the lake. tidy, beds comfortable, bed linen white, air conditioning, hot water. everything is super. breakfast is good. beach next door. we recommend.

We have stayed in the apartment and were extremely happy with it - top, top clean, even in COVID times we felt like 100% safe, it was so clean/ sterile. One of the best locations we ever stayed at. The hotel was superb, rooms were spacious and clean. The most helpful and accommodating staff, happy to help no matter what time of the day. The natural beauty surrounding this hotel is breath-taking. We are still overwhelmed with our amazing experience at this location and hotel. For anyone looking to detach from the chase of everyday life - this is the place to do it. The lake-side pebble stone beach was incredible and almost always empty. Throughout our stay, we were able to use free bikes and also a free kayak (highly recommend doing this at Lake Garda!). The location is super secluded, but the bus stop is only a few steps away and gets you anywhere from Garda right up to Riva. Also, the pathways beside the lake are great. Overall, a truly fantastic stay. We couldn't imagine a better way to experience the natural beauty of this lake, mountains and nature surrounding it!

-perfect location -beautiful lake view from the room -you can rent a bike or a kayak for free -there is a very good restaurant where you can eat tasty meals -each hotel room has it's own parking space -very nice and helpful staff -a beach is a few meters away from the hotel

-the bathroom could be renovated, there was sometimes unpleasant odour inside -the breakfast could be more varied -no fridge in the room -there is a road between the hotel and the lake, sometimes a bit noisy

The room is very spacious, with comfortable beds. Power outlets available on side of every bed. The room has lake view and a nice balcony.

Perfect place to stay. Amazing view, own beach, parking area, tasty breakfast. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. Cool place to stay.

- There was no fridge. - Miscommunication between reception and bar. In the beginning there was a list to fill with all the breakfast wishes, so in the morning upon that sheet all is served to your table. However, when we came to the bar, the waiter said that part of the breakfast is available on the table.

It’s far from crowded/traffic area but it has direct access to the lake. The ambiance feels like we lived in an actual Italian neighborhood. Breakfast options were good. Close to a bus stop to Malcesine City Center. Our room had really nice view of the lake! My kids loved hanging around the balcony, enjoying the view.

The bed was a lil uncomfortable but for the price we paid, it was decent.

Lady checking us in was so friendly! She got us silverware from her own kitchen because we didn’t have anything to eat our food with. Room was very clean with lots of shelving to store things. Breathtaking view of the lake from our family room. Lots of families tent or camper camping around us. Sweet little rock beach that you could access from an under the road tunnel.

someone was playing drums in the basement under my room, N°8, till 9:00pm, and kids screaming outside in front of the balcony, very unpleasant.
