Friendly staff. The room was big and the sheets and towels were clean and comfortable. It was very good value for money when I stayed there. I think that it is a very good hotel for a long stay in Lviv. Especially recommended for those who have a car.

Air conditioner was broken. There is nothing around the hotel, and it is a little inconvenient because it is far from the city center.

We extended our trip here. They are very accommodating and helpful! I will always be grateful of Argo's hospitality!

No lift, not convenient location transportwize, nothing around for kilometres

The rooms were clean. The beds are cosy. Everything was neat and tidy

In the shower, there was no shelf for shower things. Also, the breakfast could be a more early offer, not as of 10am. For example, 8am.

Rooms are good size but very dirty in the bathrooms, no lift in the building, a lot of stairs

ordered breakfast 3 times and still couldn’t get because chef was very late on Sunday morning, in general hotel staff are very unprofessional and they don’t care about the guests. Reception lady- total mess - from her hair and style to her behaviour, will never come here again, I rather pay more money in a different hotel and have a better service. Breakfast not tasty at all.
