Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die deutsche Gastgeberin. Der Taxitransfer vom Flughafen wurde zu einem fairen Preis organisiert. Sehr leckeres, umfangreiches lokales Frühstück ist optional verfügbar. Sehr große Dachterrasse. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Bett war bequem. Die Gastgeberin hilft gerne bei Planung und hat sehr wertvolle Tipps für Sri Lanka. Sehr gute Essensmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe, Banken, ATM und Supermarkt nur wenige Minuten entfernt. In dieser Preiskategorie ist das Hotel absolut zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Meeresblick ist etwas eingeschränkt, man kann aber trotzdem das Meer gut sehen. Die Ausschilderung könnte etwas besser sein, man findet es aber trotzdem!!!

Definitely recommend it! I wish I could stay longer, it’s the best accommodation I’ve had in Asia. The location is perfect - you can see and hear the ocean from the apartment, 10 mins to the city center by car. The apartment is super clean, decent wi-fi. The hosts are so nice and helpful. There’s also parking on the ground floor.

Everything was okay. The host Mr. Arjuna is a great person with a warm heart of hospitality.

Since the room does not get much air from outside, there was kind of a smell in the room. Would have been better if they could place a air freshner or turn on the A/C before guests arrive.

The host was extremely accomodating, providing us with local recommendations for food and drink. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and spacious.

The water pressure could have been better in the shower but hey, it still worked.

I love this property very much! it has beautiful sea view and sunset view. I can enjoy the dreamful view on the balcony for long time. Arjuna and the girl( Sorry, I forgot her name) are very nice. They treated me a cup of milktea when I checked in. We had a glad time on the rooftop at sunset time. I will come again when I travel in Sri Lanka next time.

Arjuna and Veronika helped us a lot! They were so nice and made our stay so easy! The place is good and near the sea in a quiet street.

The place was good, calm, and quiet. Just a Few steps to the beach. Everything is nearby. Very friendly staff who was always looking for the comfort of us. Quiet place. It was on the 3rd floor. Have a small table, cupboard, rack, AC and Hot water. Have parking on the ground floor. It's a residence where other people live as well so the parking slots might be taken.

The lift was small and old. The building was old but not the room. The room and bathroom were a bit small enough for a couple. but if you are a person who needs space better to book a triple room.

The interior was properly maintained and clean. It was a very quiet and chill location which made it even more relaxing. The owner of the property was very friendly and courteous.

Budget hotel with very friendly staff, very good location for travelers not far from the train station and near one of the main avenues where you can find restaurants and means of transport. It is located at a short walking distance to the National Gem and Jewelery Authority of Sri Lanka, which makes it an option for those who are involved in the export of precious stones. The room was clean and with air conditioning very suitable for a short stay to rest and continue the journey.

I’ve had overall a wonderful experience at Arjunas’s place! He's a very helpful host! The room was very neat & comfortable. There's also a wonderful rooftop with a beautiful ocean view! I can highly recommend this place!
