Great location (near the cathedral and in a central area), unique room (mural on walls, open room tub), awesome bathtub (deep, beautiful ability to see others), lovely staff, delicious breakfast (if you choose to add it).

Wifi was incredibly slow, unreliable and glitchy. Water for shower and tub didn't get very hot.

Superb location right in the centre of Antwerp tourist area. Easy walk to all sights. Breakfast was extensive & catered for my Vegan partner. We had room 11 which was on the first floor with a nice view of the Cathedral. Given the closeness to the street, noise could be an issue during summer months but was okay when we were there after Christmas. Staff were very friendly.

The bed in our room was made up of 2 * single mattresses & was a tad hard. If you have to drive into the centre, parking & access to the hotel are a little difficult.

Street noise isolation. The corridors and staircase are not up to the same standards as the room. Especially the staircase is shabby.

Only downsides, limited space around breakfast buffet. As it is situated in pedestrian zone, 500 m walk to car park.

Unfriendly, unhelpful staff right from the beginning of our check-in. Our room which was located in the attic was so hot it was uncomfortable. Whilst it may have been single figure temperature outside as it is autumn, it was summer in our room. There was no heating on just hot air due to the location of the room. We immediately opened the only window to get air although due to rain this was limited due to the window being in the roof. On mentioning to reception we were told to turn on the air conditioning. We are people who do not use air conditioning this was not a good option for us. We were asked on check-in not to use any heating when not in the room due to electricity costs yet we were asked to use air-conditioning? On check out we complained only to be told everyone else likes the room and to use the air con. A room rate of 175Euros this was not value for money and terrible customer service. A property not to be recommended!

The room design is really cool, stylish and modern but cozy at the same time. We had a wonderful view of the cathedral. Staff is really nice too and breakfast is perfect.

The location, the facilities (refregerator, many shelves, the decoration with paintings on the walls istead of tapistery), very clean and the efficiency of shower products.

The twin matress instead of a double bed, the view from the bed was not straight to the cathedral (ask for room 43 not 42), not value for money, too crowdy due to lack off soundproof.

no soundproof, so basically, you can hear everything that's going on in the next room. twin room got a very small single bed which made it not comfy.

Friendly staff, location is in the city center, next to the squares, lots of restaurants and cafes. This time of year in cozy Christmas atmosphere. My room had the kathedral view and was comfortable. Love it when a hotelroom has a bathtub!

It can be noisy at night because of the people outside.
