Breakfast location was on the other Green World hotel on the opposite of the road. Breakfast was very nice with different kinds of food. Staff also very friendly.

Room was really small so I guess I will book a bigger room next time.

The Hotel is in a very good location, only 5 min away from the Mrt Station/Bus Station. Our Room was very clean and it had almost everything one needed for a stay. Good AC and the bed was comfortable. You can’t really hear noises from your neighbors which is good. The staff was very helpful and nice.

Didnt had a charging port next to the bed and no iron for your clothes in room.

The room was clean and had no offending smell, bottled water, towels and hotel slippers were changed everyday, most of the reception staff can speak English and were very helpful with recommendations and questions. Our request was a room with a view and a high floor and it was given to us. Convenient location with restaurants, milk tea places nearby and with access to bus and less than 5 minutes walk to an MRT station, very central. Citibank patrons, there is a Citibank nearby for your banking needs! Drinking water available.

Carpet and stairs area looked old and could have been cleaner. Fitness room can use some dumbbells and is very small. There could be more tourist flyers or paraphernalia available for the tourist guests, one of the receptionists we asked for help with couldn't seem to speak English. Drinking water dispenser only available on the 10th floor.

0ne lift only. Lift too small. Can take only 4 people. Always overload if there's luggage & guests @ same time. So only 2guests + luggage at one time.

Clean room

Need to walk 5 mins to another hotel across the road. A bit inconvenient.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is also good as there's few convinent store, 24 hour restaurant around it. Bus station are right infront of it and the subway are only 5-10 minutes walk away.

The hotel is old and some things in the hotel shows that. The triple room third bed is installed on top of a metal frame which would be quite uncomfortable for some to sleep on. Then there's the bathroom door that is made out of glass with gaps all around the corner so you can actually peek through the gaps which make me wonder who's wonderful idea was it.

Location - food choices and easy access to buses and MRT.

Wifi connection - quite patchy. Inconvenient for business travellers.

Receptionist is very accommodating- for all our inquiries, they have answered and entertained. They even go further mileage by providing FREE, no extra charge for our baby a crib and stroller fo our whole stay!

You need to walk and get to their other hotel for breakfast- though, it is only 100m walk away.
