10/10 The attention was amazing it felt like home, it’s a quiet place in the middle of the city. The staff, the food and the room were elite. Including the hotel pets were wonderful!

The staff were friendly and allowed me to change rooms upon check-in; the rooms were fine and the grounds of the hotel - including pool are - are really beautiful

Everything. It's a magical place.

The towels were rough. That is my only complaint.

A very stylish large colonial villa providing a quiet and comfortable refuge in the middle of the city.

This is located near the downtown area of Cali. Walkable to the nearby park and the riverwalk. I liked that I could drive right in with my car and park it--no cumbersome garages to deal with. The building was a spectacular old building with a ton of history in it. I felt like I was walking through time. The rooms were well appointed and clean. I would recommend this for a stay in Cali.

The bed was a little stiff, but it was fine for a few nights.

Very unique building, impressive architecture. Staff was super friendly, very professional, and on point. Secure, clean, comfortable. I was spoiled by the breakfast, eggs cooked to order or other good options. Plenty of fresh fruit and juice. Very good coffee. WiFi, hot water, A/C, all the things that some hotels struggle with worked fine.

This hotel faces a very busy street and there is some traffic noise, although rooms in the back are quieter.

it’s a nice place to stay with family, the location is good and the food and staff was good, if you want a peaceful place Stein is the right place.

Maybe the beds need to be replaced!

The late check out time meant that we could enjoy the facilities in the morning without rushing.

The staff showed us straight to our room without explaining the social areas that we could use. As there was little signage, this meant that we were unsure if we were allowed to use the pool, the lounge areas etc.

Beautiful building with lots of history - unfortunately I didn't arrive until the night time so hard to get a sense of what's nearby as felt a bit like being in a fortress with guard and gate to get in. Had a very nice meal in the evening and they were even kind enough to pack me a sandwich and juice for my 5am flight the next day!

The property was lovely. The staff was really nice. Location was excellent.

The beds were terrible. Worst I've ever slept in.

I looooved the location, it’s so close to everything 😍 Now the hotel was nice, the rooms were nice too, the staff was very very welcoming and OMG the green from the tall trees and vegetation is something to die for

The aesthetics of the hotel are superb, perfect location in Cali.

We heard the TV of the neighboring room all night, the rooms are not sound isolated from each other.
