La habitación tenía un olor desagradable el baño, (caño) es la primera vez que nos sucede 4ta visita a este lugar y regresamos por qué nos encanta

Breakfast was good.

The hot water would not stay on. We paid extra for a jacuzzi that we could not use because there was no consistent hot water. The hot water would come on then go off. I personally checked the hot water heater with their maintenance man and confirmed that their water heater was not working correctly.

We did not stay here they refused to take our service animals

We absolutely loved the properties location. The staff was wonderful. We had rooms 13 & 14. They were so clean and very cozy. We stayed 2 nights for R&R and it delivered just what we were looking for. I definitely book again. Heck I want to live there.

There was an employee and or owner working at a desk who seemed very upset. Not sure why. She had a very bad attitude.

The staff never smile, no one gave us a warm welcome or when we left. They do the job period. No need to smile. Sad.

The breakfast was simple but good. The location was in a quiet place.

We rented two rooms because of the size of family we had but we ended up sleeping in one room because the second room had 2 cockroaches crawling across the bed. When we checked in the office lady wasn’t very friendly to begin with so we didn’t even bother trying to tell her of the roaches so we decided to squeeze in one room. The room we stayed in had a cover on the faucet handle that kept falling off, there were stains all over the bathroom walls, the toilet paper handle was ready to fall off the wall. The tv worked for only a couple hours then we lost complete service. The WiFi never worked for us either. We visit ajijic often but will never come back to this place again.

Bathroom had a bad smell at night don't know if it was because of drain on floor. Front door to room could have used a door sweep to prevent bugs or small critters to enter the room. Could have used seating for two person. Just one chair in the room. Breakfast was good but limited in terms of menu.

Good location. About a 15 minute walk to the main plaza. Grounds have a lovely lakeside layout. Room was clean & fairly spacious. Service was friendly. Breakfast was tasty but there aren't many choices. There was hot water but it had to be turned back on about every 20 seconds or so.

Patio doors need locks. The only real negative (for me, as I have allergies) was a strong cleaner/deodorizer smell in the bedroom. Turning the a/c on helped to reduce the smell somewhat.

The staff was excellent, so was the breakfast and the pool facilities , the entire grounds right by the lake were wonderful !!

the room had no view, it didn't have any window to the garden or lake, in fact it was dark and with internal window to the little patio with the heater. it had built in kitchen which I didn't need it asked for.

wifi was constantly dropping. I need consistent wifi and while it wasnt fast according to speed test, it kept dropping zoom. YouTube videos were buffering. it was very frustrating.

The grounds are very nice, the breakfast is great. The ladies who work there were all very nice and the bungalows look very nice too.

We arrived late and had to ring the bell for over a 1/2 hour until someone opened the gate. We wrote well in advance that our flight was changed and our arrival would be late. Our room was a bit gross. We had a patio that looked at a wall with 1 folding chair, the sliding door didn’t close all the way, the bed was not comfortable, paint chipping off the window sills, and broken towel bar. We had a regular room, the bungalows looked much better.

The water pool it was warm and had a beautiful view! 😉

I loved the grass and the pools. The property is very beautiful and peaceful.

The rooms are dated and amenities are basic but it didn’t bother me.

Super clean and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the area of the swimming pool is so relaxing.

Most staff were great. Location was comfortable and quiet after dark. Breakfast was pleasant.

I would have felt more welcomed if important instructions were also written in English and the desk clerk could try to communicate with people who did not speak Spanish well. She seemed bothered at times. The bathroom was old and crumbling. Towell rack fell off wall that disintegrated. Safety is a major issue here. There was nothing to hold on to to get out of the very steep tub.

The people were the best!

A tad noisy on a Saturday night but oh well!

Expensive for and old building, a King size bed is to single beds togheter ver unconfortable , only 3 minutes of Heat Water. Just 5 parking spaces for the entire hotel, not a Good experience.
