Location was good to get to the airport but Cusco is so small you could stay in the centre and be there within 20 mins

Location felt unsafe, as in neighbourhood. We also left early in the morning was offered to be booked a taxi that never arrived and the host never got up. The hosts dogs where quite aggressive, when we tried to leave where barking and nearly bit my partner he had to slam the door shut so the dog didn’t bite him.

This was a good location to leave Lima and get to the airport. All was fine, food choices around area a bit limited but all in all very good. I would highly recommend.

Local restaurants could be better but the place was great! bring snacks instead of going out.

The hotel is situated close to the airport, c. 3 minute car ride or 16 min walk away (I took a taxi myself due to multiple bags). As such, the hotel is comfortably situated for those taking a flight during or after their stay. I could even see the runway and the planes taking off from the window of my room, which offered me comfort, as my flight was on the day when the protests restarted. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was cold at night and requested extra blankets through the Booking.com app - within an hour a staff member brought me a few blankets so I was able to keep myself warm at night. I also requested a vegan breakfast, which was accommodated very well. At the end of my stay, a staff member kindly helped me order a taxi to the airport, which was very much appreciated, as apparently the hotel's own taxi services did not work on the day. The interior of the common room was stylish and cosy.

It was rather loud at night with dogs barking outside and with flights taking off, there was also some strange and loud factory fan type of noise coming from outside for about half an hour in the evening and early in the morning. However, I expected it to be a little loud based on the proximity of the hotel to the airport and the other reviews I read, so I brought earplugs with me, which helped me sleep well. The shower was overall clean but could have been a bit cleaner (there was soap on the shelf probably from the last visitor, and some water on the floor but otherwise it was all fine). If possible, it would be helpful to have a hair dryer in the room, as some foreign visitors are not used to the temperatures and prefer to dry their hair with a hair dryer. These are rather minor things though, otherwise my stay was excellent and the responsiveness and kindness of the staff was exceptional and more than made up for these shortcomings.

Milk with the coffee for the breakfast was off, showers didn't have hot water.

Everything was in perfect order, very good location, friendly staff and well equipped kitchen. Absolutely amazing place!

My partner & I were busy with activities that we didn’t eat breakfast there, but we had an excellent time! I enjoyed how the staff were very nice & responsive to when would come back to be able to let us in to the secure gate.

I think the bathroom & shower facilities could be a bit cleaner, otherwise it was really clean! It was loud at night due to dogs & being by the airport.

Voices carried from common room quite easily, but no biggie since everyone was in their rooms at a decent hour ☺️

Very big rooms, nice modern interior and good bathroom! Very close to the airport! The breakfast was quite big and tasty.

Location is very close to airport. Which is good because you can reach early flight with no worry. But you better use hotel taxi because the location is on the hill if you walk with backpack it's ok but I use carry on baggage so It better use car pick up. (which is a bit expensive but convenience, I got the deal as 30 soles for pick up and drop off) They include big breakfast for you to enjoy ( better inform the time that you need to have your breakfast)

There is no Hair Dryer and Heater which is very important for 0 degree Celsius at night in Cusco. But It still ok because the room is nice.
