My first impression on entering the apartment was how clean the property looked. The location was good, sea views and very close to the bus stops. Collecting and returning the keys was very straightforward, helpful staff, overall very pleased.
There was nothing that I was unhappy with staying at this apartment.

The apartment was spacious, clean, it had a well equipped kitchen and was close to the town. It was quiet and generally comfortable.
After booking the apartment through Booking.com, you are asked to give your credit card details to the letting company outside of Booking.com. They take a deposit from you before you arrive and refund it some days after you leave. There is no inventory or check on the property, so it would be hard to prove you didn’t cause the damage or loss, if they say you did. I photographed the damaged parts of the apartment on arrival and sent to the managing company. I received a full refund.
Be careful to confirm where you meet the person who will hand over the key, otherwise like us, you may have to wait a while until the key holder arrives.
The arrival instructions gave the wifi password but not the name of the wifi router. There were about 10 strong signals available. So I worked down the list and got it fourth time. I hope that this will have now been rectified.
The bed was comfortable but the pillow was large and hard and had I used it, it would have resulted in providing a very poor sleeping posture
The booking.com entry suggested that there was a balcony. There is a balcony but it has been glassed-in, so you cannot sit outside, it is like part of the room. The panes of glass were very dirty. The photo does not make this clear and I had been hoping to be able to sit outside.
The sea view is of the Port and is rather industrial.
I didn’t find the managing company very helpful. I wrote to them asking about organising a taxi as I couldn’t find any telephone numbers and the taxi ranks are at some distance from the apartment and we are old.. This was their reply “Taxi from Santa cruz de tenerife”.
You are told to ensure that all the crockery and cutlery is clean on departure and the garbage removed, however the garbage disposal bins are located outside the building, about 250 metres aways across a busy main road.

Gigantic sunny apartament with amazing view of city and harbour. Very good location, easy to get to. Lots of bars, restaurants and shpos nearby. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Car parking place free of charge secured in the are of apartments block. Parking entrance very easy with electronic card.
This apartment is not equipped with air conndition. This must be taken under consideration when staying during summer season. Window shutters, fans, opening windows during nights is not sufficient when temperature during night is 28 deg C and during day 35 deg C. Owner should install air conndition unit, then this apartment would be btilliant.

This spacious and comfortable apartment is in a very good location in Santa Cruz, in a residential area but not far from center, a walking distance from bars and restaurants. It is well suited for a longer stay (2 weeks in our case), as there is enough room and all amenities (including a washing machine). There is private parking outside the building, finding a space was never a problem (although the entrance is a bit narrow). One of the bedrooms can be used as office, with a proper chair and desk, which was a bonus for us (I was working remotely while in Tenerife). We didn't cook at home, as there were plenty of cheap places to eat nearby but the kitchen is well equipped. Also, there are views on three different sides, of the sea, the mountains and the city itself. And there is a very good bakery in just a couple of minutes walking distance. Would definitely stay at this place again!
There is a god internet connection, fast enough for remote work; however, the signal from the router in the living room doesn't quite reach the office at the other end of the apartment. We solved this issue by getting a repeater, so it wasn't a big deal
