Secluded good resort offering comfort.

Really isolated area but quiet and fresh air..

Staff was happy and helpful. Nice environment overall, nice gardens. Restaurant was fine too.

Not much bad to say here, everything worked fine. The location is a little to the side, but the shuttle service is convinient. However we felt like maybe the shuttle service schedules would need a revision, and more stops at the shopping mall.

We absolutely loved the territory of the resort! The gardens and pools are beautiful and excellent maintenanted. The resort surrounded by fields. We planned to visit the Black Mountain Water Park and we got the special discount for being the guests of the resort. The shuttle service is very convenient. The staff is dong their best. The food is cheap and good.

There is a serious luck of the staff. We been planning our New Year vacation for long time and were disappointed and got not a nice feeling from our stay. When booking the SPA you expect that there is SPA but it was closed due to the holidays. For me it doesn't make any sense and spoiled my vacation. The other disappointment was luck of hot water because of the day off of the handyman... As we are coming from the place where it's a daily challenge to get the water it was absolutely not acceptable to struggle during the vacation as well. I had to scream to get the key from another room where the hot water also finished just during my shower. But the staff took it very easy. No one of the staff could pump the water except the one who got the day off. It's totally insane in my opinion. We booked the room with sink in the room and there was no sink. As we are travelling with kids it was a bit problematic. The other rooms had the sink. Be aware rooms are a bit different! There is no standard- the tables and the chair in the terrace of the bungalows are all different, for example. We booked bungalow because it had the sofa bed. It was clearly mentioned as an additional sleeping place but to get a blanket needed to pay additionally. Its 3 usd only per night for the blanket but it's just feels wrong to me. Also we are 2+2 in the room and couldn't get additional towels. They provide the kettle but not a single tea bag or this cheap instant coffee 3 in 1 etc. I never before sow such a cheap management that can't give to the clients a bit of extra comfort. In this therms I got better service in guest house than in this resort. This place has huge potential, with the right approach to the clients
