Fabulous little house in holt. Space for one vehicle. Everything you need inside. Very clean, and very friendly owner. Recommended and would stay again. The house fronts directly onto a street, you do hear traffic and people outside but it isn't a busy location.

My only feedback would be darker window coverings - the blinds in both bedrooms let in a lot of light, so we were awake early. Those with children I'd suggest a black out cover, unless you want to be awake at dawn. A shelf or two in the main bedroom would be helpful for getting ready, there's no wear/ very limited - to place hair tools and makeup etc.

Our car was too big to manoeuvre into the parking space without a lot of shunting!! Volvo V40 estate rather cumbersome, not your problem 🙂

The property had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, towels and parking. Also great communication from the host!

Absolutely immaculate, and everything one needed was there. We didn't cook as we went to the King's Head for dinner, but the kitchen was fully equipped had we stayed in the beds were very comfortable. I loved how it was decorated

We had a brilliant stay at this property. It was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed. It was modern, comfortable and well appointed. It was in an excellent location for the centre of Holt and all the shops and eateries. Also easy to access the main route to the coast. The parking space at the rear of the property a little tight to access but easy to get used to. Leon, the owner, met us on arrival and answered any queries. A lovely welcome pack of refreshments. Would recommend.

Lovely modern town house in the centre of Holt. Everything inside felt new and had all we needed (except tea towel). Wi-Fi worked well. Kitchen was well equipped. Slept really well with the road being no issue. Holt was a relaxed town and had the best fish and chips (Eric’s). Host was available if we needed anything but not required.

The parking was good but difficult as you had to back in ok I am sure when you did it all the time

location perfect, ideal for visiting all coastal attractions, Holt is a terrific town with all retail requirements pubs, restaurants and cafes all within the town.

Beautiful house, fully equipped and very comfortable. Lovely location for exploring Norfolk. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafés and pubs. Host was very welcoming.

What a find! Lucky to have stayed here for one night for work with a colleague.Just off the main street in sleepy Holt close to shops and eateries. Beautifully appointed accommodation with lots of thoughtful details. Super easy check in and contact with the owner who is v close by.I would love to return for a longer stay in future. Thanks
