The Bonnet Creek Resort was excellent, the room is very spacious. The front desk was very polite and professional however, to check in at 4 o’clock is delayed. We arrived at 1 o’clock hoping to get in early, and we couldn’t, which was acceptable. We write back at 4:30 our room in our tower. If I was still not available, they gave us another room at the furthest tower away from all the pools not a plus.
When we got to the room, the room had a odor not sure what it was, almost smell like someone I left trash in the unit and hadn’t cleaned it out for a while as it definitely had a distinctive odor throughout our stay. Housekeeping came up right away after we had discussed it with them but at that point, they didn’t believe there was that much of a smell, nor anything we could do. I disagree. That same day, the air conditioning unit in the front master bedroom wouldn’t cool. The Engineer technician came within an hour realized it was a sensor he had to override and he did that as a temporary fix for us so we handle that very well but that units air conditioning system has some issues.
I’ve been renting houses for vacation for 30+ years. I would say this ranks in my top 15 but I was hoping it would rank in my top 5, but it does not.

Value for money, I don’t think it gets any better. 10 mins from most Disney parks, great pool complex and splash park.
Could do with a few more food options on site, but that is literally my only complaint.

Not a good location, tried for a late check out, only any hour later, , it was denied, location was not what was expected, unit was very small for a three bedroom, master suite had no room around bed

The staff are ver kind and helpful. A lot to do on the property that we took an extra day for the pool, etc. it is getting quite dated though which I why I gave 4 stars. Sounds like they are updating soon though. Would still stay here again.

Great amenities and always spotless. Well maintained facility and property. Pools are always a treat with the lazy rivers and pirate pool. Condos are well equipped and up to date. Been here many times and will continue to go back. Good value for staying within Disney limits.

The property was very clean and was big enough for our entire family. We had a small issue with check-in. They told us our room was in one tower so we drove there unloaded our luggage but couldn’t find our room number. We walked around the entire building but our room was actually in another building so we had to put everything back in our cars and drive to the correct building. Other than that it was great and would recommend it to a friend.

We loved our stay at Wyndham Bonnet Creek. We had plenty of space for 5 of us in our 3 bedroom 2 bath unit. I loved having a washer and dryer and full kitchen with a family. Made everything so much easier and we were able to spread out. We loved all of the pools and our view from our balcony was awesome. We could see the skyliner and the tower of terror which we loved! It was a short ride to all of the parks as well. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great, convenient location, close to parks. Check in was easy (but did take while) and the unit was clean and spacious. I would say the only small negative would be parking isn't always easy/close depending on when you are coming and going. But you can always drop off everyone else at the front door and go to the parking garage to find a spot..

We had a great time at this property. We were quite central to all Disney parks. The property that we rented was large and so comfortable. The employees at the complex was very helpful and pleasant.

Clean and spacious with close proximity to the Disney parks and fun poolside activities! We enjoyed the Lazy River, the slides, mini-golf, shuffle board, BINGO, and music trivia.

Our family loved relaxing at our condo after visiting the parks. Loved the pools, miniature golf course, and we also had a great view of the fireworks from our balcony.

This was our first visit to this resort and it was the best! We were so close to all of the parks and had a great time just chilling at the resort on our relaxing days. The food was awesome to include the amazing breakfast! We would highly recommend staying here for any family with teens!

This is a wonderful property however, time to replace the carpet in the living room, furniture needs to be touched up and the paper products are very very cheap. Would also like to not have the front desk talk to me about watching for a vacation club when I had been driving all day with kids and they already sent me to the wrong building once.

8 friends took a girls trip to Disney and thought this property was perfect. Close to all the parks so Uber costs were pretty low, plenty of space, and great price. The property's amenities looked awesome too, we just didn't have time to use them this trip.

great option to a Disney property
clean, friendly, close to everything, easy to get a taxi/uber, large living spaces. Didn't love that there's no cleaning service on a daily basis but when we checked it is was clean and ready for us. It would be even better if everyday someone delivered towels and made the beds.

Nice stay
We have stayed here before. My only critique is that the checkout is at 10 am and will not allow late checkout. Also, the parking situation is terrible. We had to go far to park from the condo.
Finally, the air conditioner at night made loud noises as well as the sink in the master bathroom. We did not complain since we were just in and out of the condo. We do like staying in this location because it’s close to Disney.

We stayed with our daughter and her family, and the accommodations worked out perfectly. We loved the view from our room, the variety of pools and helpful staff.

The 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our group and had plenty of room.
It’s a beautiful resort with plenty of lounge chairs, cabanas (for rent) and several pools and a lazy river.
Minor gripe—-there are several pools on the property but only 1 has a towel hut (where you can check out and return pool towels) so you either have to walk there or walk back to main building to Activity Desk to secure pool towels.
