Great indoor and outdoor space! Perfect for our stay! Cynthia was great to make sure that everything in her house was perfect!

The description of the property is very accurate. Very comfortable. Great place to relax after a busy day of hiking and exploring Tucson. Communication with property owner/manager was excellent. She was quick to respond and answer any questions we had.

House matched the listing information. Very central and convenient location. The neighborhood isn’t fancy but it is quiet and friendly. Host was extremely attentive and responsive. Other than a call regarding door entry we had no issues during our 2 week stay. House has a nice backyard with a large covered eating area and a separate covered area for sitting and reading or talking. Kitchen was very well equipped and we cooked a number of meals. There are Several grocery stores in the area as well as a number of good restaurants. Highly recommend this property.

We couldn't have found any place better--this was the perfect property for our trip. The house is spacious, in a great location and obviously well loved. There's plenty of room, a comfortable bed and a great backyard. Wish it had been just a little warmer to really enjoy it. If you cook on vacation (I don't) the kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of cooking and serving items. We were gone most of the day, but it was a great place to come home to in the evening. We also enjoyed the lemons from the tree in the backyard! Cyndy was great about checking in to make sure everything was okay. We were really pleased with our choice of property in Tucson.

The property was exactly as described. Very roomy and comfortable, in a great location for us. We were able to visit family nearby and tour the city and nearby parks etc. Cynthia was very responsive and helpful. Will ( try to) come again next time!

Cynthia goes over and above as an owner. She is proud of her home, values the guests who stay there, and it certainly shows. We've used VRBO for the last 20 years and rarely met a host so gracious and accommodating. Supplies include fresh coffee, exceptional teas, all types of sugar, paper goods, quality hand wash, shampoo, etc. And enough for our week stay with four of us! The location is perfect. Close to a wide range of grocery stores (Sprouts, Trader Joe's, Fry's, and local markets), downtown, botanical gardens, etc. Amazing restaurants near by (Noodleholics-delightfully delicious Chinese noodle bowls). Very walkable; enjoyed biking as well. Cynthia's home is lovely. Large and quiet. The backyard is secluded, shaded and an excellent area to relax. We will stay there again!

This is a great place to stay while in Tuscon. The location of the home is very easy to find and even though its in a neighborhood in the city its very quiet. The sitting spaces outside we great with plenty of shade and the property is fenced in so you feel secluded. The inside of the home is cozy and feels lived in which i loved. The host was great and responded quickly. I would definitely stay here again if i come back to Tuscon.

We were in Tucson for family weekend at the UA. This property was conveniently located less than 10 minutes away with grocery shopping & restaurants nearby. The location is in a quiet neighborhood. We had plenty of room for family and a small group of friends over for dinner. Communication was great & check-in & out process was easy!

The place was very cozy and had a very welcoming atmosphere! My friends and I enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back again!

We had a nice stay in this home. It was perfect for our needs. Close to the University to get our daughter ready for college. Owner was awesome in helping navigate the home!!

We appreciated the host, we were having trouble getting an app to work. And they went out of there way to make sure it was working for us and we didn’t have any issues. Also gave us great restaurant recommendations as well.

We were to Senior couple wanting a Spring Vacation time in Tucson. This place worked out so well. We joked about how everything seemed to be 3 min. away. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, felt isolated in that the yard is surrounded by foliage. We would go here again.

We very much enjoyed our three week stay in Cyndy's comfortable and clean home. There was plenty of room with two bedrooms and baths. It was great to have a washer and dryer for a stay that long. The hidden gem is the patio. After our daily activities, we relaxed outside in the afternoon and relished Tucson's clean, light air accompanied by the sound of birdsong. The location is great with easy access to The Loop Bike Trail, and restaurants on Campbell. Easy to get downtown and centrally located to go east to Mt. Lemmon or west to Gate's Pass, Saguaro National Park and the Desert Museum. Cyndy is a friendly and responsive host. She brought us a new toaster soon after we told her the old one needed to be replaced. The neighborhood is modest and when you drive up to the property it is surrounded by a chain link fence and large shrubs. This gave us pause, but once we were inside we knew this was going to be a great stay. And it was!

This cozy home was the perfect getaway for my friend and I during our trip to Tuscon. Cyndy, the owner, was excellent in her communication and instructions. The home itself came equipped with anything we needed, we just had to supply groceries. There's not much to do in the immediate neighborhood/surrounding area, but it's a short drive from restaurants, shops, and Saguaro National Park. I would highly recommend this abode for 2-4 people, or a small family with kids!

Priority one for me is a good kitchen. This has a gas stove/oven and the best selection of pots and pans of any VRBO I have rented. Also, a good ice maker. The rest of the furnishings were top notch, ...super comfy bed. One critique, I would have preferred to have my car inside the fence, rather than in the street.

This property was like a home away from home. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable as well as the furniture in the living room. The kitchen had everything we needed. The weather was cold so we did not get to enjoy the patio but there is plenty of seating and is nice and private. Was worried about the door app but felt safer using it. Cynthhia was very helpful. We enjoyed the house and would stay again.

We loved staying here! The house was cozy, clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. I loved going out on the private courtyard each morning to drink my coffee! It was close to shopping and restaurants and easy to navigate Tucson. Cyndi was very nice and a great communicator. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice place to kick back after a long day. The beds and couches are very comfortable. It was too cold to sit out on the patio, but it seems like a great place to get together in warmer weather. Had a great time

Comfortable house with lovely outdoor space

We stayed at Cyndy's property for the month of March. We had a great visit and found the home to be beautifully equipped and spotless. The appliances are of very good quality and the bed is comfy! Plenty of closet space and we really enjoyed the patio space. I will admit that I was a little concerned about the neighborhood when we arrived - however, we had no problems at all and the kids and adults we chatted with on the street were all very pleasant. The location is great and having Netflix available without having to log into our own account was handy. Cyndy has also provided great shampoos, soaps, and conditioners - the house is ready for you to move right in.

This is a cute little house in a decent location. If you’re hoping to use the outdoor spaces, be advised they are all in the shade. Nice outdoor spaces for hot days. But too chilly for the winter time. The host was very helpful and gracious.

The home was lovely, comfortable, and conveniently located near the center of Tucson. We were pleased to find everything we could want or need in the way of kitchen wares, linens, and laundry supplies. Two outdoor patio areas would have been better used if the weather had been a bit warmer, but we were able to enjoy them occasionally. The chiminea near the west end of the yard was especially delightful. Cyndy was immediately responsive to any question we had. We loved exploring the various national and state parks surrounding Tucson on all sides. Hiking in Sabino Canyon and Saguaro National Parks was challenging but rewarding. Walking along the Rillito River Trail in several locations was an easy way to be outdoors moving. Climbing all the way to the top of Tumamoc Hill was a challenge we'll have to meet another time!

Could have been cleaner, dishes we pulled out of the cupboard had food and grease on them.

Very comfortable and well located. Cindy was easy to communicate with. We had a very pleasant stay and a fun time in Tucson.

This was a well-equipped, nice house. Plenty of space. The outdoor areas were wonderful. The DVD collection was delightful.

My sisters, cousin and I had to visit Tucson for the unpleasant task for taking care of our father’s affairs after his death. This comfortable home was the perfect place for us to all get to hang out together and enjoy some peace during our difficult time. Very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. They even left us a sweet letter and gifts that we found upon our arrival. ❤️ Highly recommend!!
