Having to pay a extra $125.00 a room that was not mentioned when I booked the rooms.

the concept is great, very retro.

I expected more for the rate charged. it was Tru by Hilton, I am a great fan of Hilton Gardens.

Love the place. Location. Breakfast was great too.

I stayed on the second floor. The noise from the 3 floor was excruciatingly loud. The walls were paper thin. I was often awakened at night from the sounds of others opening and closing their doors. It was loud enough to think that it was my door. Recommend them invest in sound proofing the walls. One of the neighboring hotels we’re doing their business and made an overly awkward moment for my little kids to endure.

good location, room was clean

Very clean, very clean. Friendly staff. Our flight laned late and even drove into a hail storm. The night attendant had our room key waiting on us and already check in. So accomodating and understanding. Breakfast, room and amenities were as described. They even had a board with local favorites recommendations for food and leisure.

Everything was great

Nice stay at a nice hotel. Rooms are small. Breakfast was good but very little overall seating available (get rid of the swinging chairs - they look nice but additional high tops would be much more functional). Breakfast was not crowded and yet no room to sit. They allow pets (We know because they were barking at 7:00am) Not good.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool table in the lobby.

My tv didn’t work, they switched us to another room but the view with original room was beautiful versus the room we was switched to.

We found this place on our way to Florida last year. We plan our stops to stay here. It is so comfortable.

They accidentally charged my debit card for $156. 28 . It was charged twice and I stayed one day. I haven't received my refund yet for this and the hold for $125
