The staff was nice and friendly.

It wasnt clean at all, they lied about their channels. Breakfast was pre packaged food while other hotels have really good options. The blankets were torn and thin. The pictures are very deceiving.

Nothing really. The beds were fairly comfortable.

Rooms we dirty. Pool area was dirty. Pool was not heated. Breakfast was a joke and kitchen area was dirty. Hair dryer didn't work. Floor of room was dirty when we arrived. Bathroom had mold. Napkins in kitchen were wet and moldy.

Very close to my family

The swimming pool was closed. I told my family about us goin swimming. My 2 grandkids was upset when it was closed. The toilet ran always. Had to shut the water off. The smoke detector kept goin off due to no battery in it. The apple juice and orange juice was watered down. When I went outside it smelled of marijuana. I had my oldest daughter and 2 grandkids with me. We got 2 hand towels no washcloths nor towels to shower . When you laid in the bed, the mattresses folded some. They need replaced.

Staff. The rooms are filthy, and full of bugs and they over charge. They lied about the pool, it’s gross and green and closed and they told us it would be fixed the best day and wasn’t ever fixed.

everything… the rooms were dirty and was advised as breakfast at 6am. came down at 6:15 there was no breakfast and not even any coffee. there was no staff to ask about it. I only booked this hotel because it advertised breakfast. maybe u might want to consider changing your website. or better yet you pro should just demo the dang place!! it’s absolutely disgusting!!!

Did not feel safe. The door handle was loose and the lock was faulty. The sink could not be used because the plumbing backed up.

bath tub was slow to drain. Air conditioner filters looked to not have been cleaned in months.

The place was disgusting, smelly and moldy all over there were some cockroaches, the pool seemed dirty also the whole place needs to be renovated and no breakfast just snacks
