Overall the stay was great! A little inconvenient bc there was a water event in the condo above us and water leaked through so upon arrival there was a loud dehumidifier in there for a few days and a weird smell (probably from the water) in the bedroom with the bunk beds so the kids couldn’t use the room which was super inconvenient considering we got a 3 bedroom so they could have their own room. Overall though we loved the condo.

Beautiful views, friendly and helpful staff, even came to show us how to use remote for tv. They had wonderful shopping carts to haul all your luggage, etc. to you unit. We would definitely stay again!

Overall the property was wonderful as it was close proximity to the beach and so much more. The one change I would make to the property is to have more than 6 towels when the property can sleep 12. I understand not having a plethora of towels but at least 1 per guest would be nice.

This condo was perfect for our family beach trip! My husband and I had a room, my in laws had a room, and my two kids shared the room with the bunk beds. There was a smart tv in every room. The bathrooms were nice. And it’s a corner condo so that’s a plus as well. Check in and out was a breeze and they texted us to make sure everything was great. I requested one thing be cleaned and someone was there within the hour to clean it. Awesome service!! We definitely recommend this condo or any managed by Liquid Life!

Everything was clean when we arrived, and the view is wonderful. Our only issue was with the remotes. Some didn't have batteries, they were mixed up and not with the correct TVs, etc.. (normally, we wouldn't even be using the TVs at the beach, but my older parents were with us, and were in the condo for most of the time). We called customer service and they came out the next day and fixed this issue.We would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Overall, the room and location were fine. The price for the room was fine for a 3 bdrm 2 bath corner unit. VBRO fees are ridiculous. For what you do, you overcharge by far. I will book directly from now on. Jo Ann Harris/Shannon Jones

This was a getaway for my daughters birthday and it was the best!!! The property was amazing and clean.

Clean and convenient condo on the beach. Was updated more recently than other units.

A great trip with family. The only thing I would change is having the rental chairs stay available until at least 6:30 pm

Phoenix V condominium has 1 set of elevators that move slower than a turtle, expect to wait or take the stairs during rush hours. Liquid Life is the company renting this condo (Brett Robinson rents out Phoenix V condos also) and Liquid Life did not tell us there was a “towel shortage”? And that’s why they refused to provide us with enough towels (condo rents for 12… they won’t give towels for more than 8 people however). We saw many housekeepers with carts full of towels and even a giant bagged cart of clean towels being hauled across the parking lot. So prepare for that, as well as no complimentary bars of soap, or hand soap. The condo was beautiful and the view absolutely gorgeous. Dishes in the condo were more than plenty, just don’t forget trash bags, your own towels for bathing, hand soap, shower soap, laundry and dish detergent! Other than that, if a different company decided to rent this condo out, we’d stay in it again.

Master was a big disappointment for the price. Single sink. Small bath. Plumbing issue in hall bath. No master balcony but mislead in photos. Master bed was very uncomfortable. Paid too much money and too many other choices at even better rates. Will not be back.

Bedding was excellent and love being on the end. Balcony furniture was outstanding. Size of BRs and baths were very nice. Furniture in living room was very uncomfortable with limited seating and there was no coffee table. Dining chairs and stools need some rubber tips to cut down on noise and scraping on the tile. With only one lamp in the LR and the horrendous bulbs in the overhead fixtures, we were forced to keep the “attractive fluorescent” in the kitchen on all the time. Each bedroom had only one very small lamp, including the master. Kitchen was sparsely equipped compared to other units we’ve rented i.e. only 2 wine glasses and perhaps the cheapest cookware I’ve ever seen. With minimal effort and expense this condo could be really nice given the location and layout and I believe would improve its rental income. We would recommend if improvements were made.

Clean spacious 4 bedroom condo with plenty comfortable beds and furniture throughout. We fit 5 adults and 2 teenagers with plenty space to spare. Good view from balcony, plenty of nice patio furniture as well. Nothing less than what all the Phoenix condominiums offer which always a great stay at the beach.
