Casa Juan ha sido una de las favoritas durante años para los turistas por su ubicación y, como casa a buen precio, es una casa amueblada típica de estilo canario, perfecta para unas vacaciones familiares o un pequeño grupo de amigos. Se encuentra en el corazón de Puerto del Carmen, cerca de todos los servicios, incluida la nueva tienda LIDL. La casa está en una sola planta, pero tenga en cuenta que hay 4 escalones en la puerta de entrada que pueden afectar a las personas con movilidad reducida. Ver fotos incluidas. Stayed here for 2 weeks with family and friends. Spacious villa in a private setting, very well located within a 10min walk to either the old town or main promenade. Good sized pool . Third visit in a row to Puerto del Carmen loads of things to see and do.

Amazing villa, had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Swimming pool was superb, cleaned regularly, the kids loved it. Would recommend this place, brilliant location just a short walk from the strip.

The property was a good size and had all the amenities that we needed. The property is a little tired as we have found with many others we have rented in PDC. Having said that it fullfilled our needs and we had a great time. We were able to extend our checkout a little as we had an evening flight which was great.

This is not my first stay at this villa, it’s so private and secluded yet so central to the new town and the old town. Pool is always spotless and the villa itself is sparkling. Full satellite tv uk and Ireland I was able to watch the Gaelic football on an Irish channel! So was delighted with that! Couldn’t recommend it enough. 10 out of 10.

Lovely stay even though weather wasn’t great. The pool is heated but don’t expect it to be warm! It was late March though. Spacious villa. A little outdated but overall it was as described. No shampoo or other toiletries are provided. Also no condiments in the kitchen. We have stayed in villas before where these were left for us. But great location and in a nice areas. Shops located close by.

Great location, old town and strip easily accessible on foot. Property needing a little TLC and pool heater not working but property was clean and perfectly fine for a week away.

We stayed over Xmas and it was perfect! The kids loved it and we all had such a good time it was truly a home from home! Lidl 2 min walk, the beach and shops and restaurants 5 min perfect location.. already thinking about booking again! Thanks Lynn.

Villa Don Juan, is ideally situated in Puerto del Carmen. It's not far from all the things you need, it's very private,and situated away from the main road, so very quiet. the only negative thing for us was how cold the pool was. It said it was heated, but certainly did not feel like it. but on the whole, a very nice villa to stay in.

Lovely Villa , on arrival satellite Tv didn’t work - minor issue - I emailed that evening - had a prompt reply - very friendly and efficient person arrived and sorted it early next day - couldn’t ask for more - as it very well could have been me and my lack of techno skills. In the first place !!! Pool fab -perfect location - had lovely stay only improvement opportunity would be the sofas - not a problem in the summer or for short stays - but for a longer stay-where you might want to stay in more in the evening could do with more supportive comfortable seating.

Lovely Villa, clean, lots of extras left that makes life easier and most villas don’t provide such as tea bags, washing up liquid etc.
Really good sized pool.
As Commented before is a steep walk into town but if you know this beforehand no problem.

Check in details were easy and upon arrival the villa was clean with everything we needed.
Large pool which suited 3 teenagers & 3 adults.
Enough sun loungers for each of us and we made good use of the BBQ especially with Lidl’s just a short walk away.
We will definitely be booking again 😊

This property is in a perfect location, turn right from the main gate, it leads you to the new town strip,turn left it leads you to the harbour. Be warned it is up a hill, but once you get up the hill it's fine. The villa had everything that we needed, air con in each bedroom worked perfect. Great size swimming pool too which is very hard to come by at private accommodation. There are bbq facilities but we did not use them, we just used the oven. Supermarket few mins walk from villa and then lidl just around the corner. It would be great Lynn if you could add a shopping trolly to carry the drinks. Communication and check in with Lynn was very smooth, no issues. Villa is set in a very quiet and peaceful area,so very suitable for families. We stayed for 18 nights in July 23 and i would highly recommend it.

Perfect villa for a peaceful stay. Short walk from the strip, close to everything. Villa was clean and tidy. We had some things needing fixed, which was done next day, so all good.
Pool is a really good size, there is a BBQ and everything you might need. Can’t fault it at all.

The villa was good but dirty in places, the shower drainage needs cleaning out as bathroom flooded very time you had a shower. The was only four chairs around table outside but there was six of us. Kitchen light was not working all holiday.

We have stayed in several villas on or near Calle Togio over the years and this is by far the best that we have stayed in. Very private yet with loads of outdoor south facing space. Three good sized bedrooms and two good sized bathrooms. Our host Lynn was very helpful and quick to respond to questions (thanks Lynn!) and we have rebooked the villa for our next trip in February. Definitely a home from home.

This is a great house! Location is in a quiet street with sun all day in the pool area. Its completely private. The pool is a really good size for swimming & heated. I swam in the first week of January. The house is spacious, clean & well equipped. Location is towards the back of the resort which means uphill walks back from the beach which may be a bit strenuous for some. It's close to several restaurants & supermarkets & the big shopping centre. Overall I had a great time on a last minute trip. Weather & beaches were wonderful. Excellent communication from the owner made the whole process very easy.

Villa casa don juan is a fantastic villa very well placed for Lidl supermarket,the old town harbour is about 5 minutes walk downhill also the strip in the new town is about the same and took us half hour from the villa to walk the full length of the strip ,the villa is set back from the road so nice and quiet ,spotless clean on arrival easy to find and felt very secure ,pool is amazing and is very big compared to other villas we have stayed in ,comfy beds ,walk in showers and a well equipped kitchen even tho we ate out most nights ,also very good communication from Lyn and even asked the day before we left if we needed a taxi booking to the airport which was I feel a nice gesture,would definitely recommend this villa and hope to return again ourselves thanks

Great location, fully equipped - great instructions for job, oven, etc . Spotlessly clean -s we hat more could you ask for - all I’d ask is more mugs - plenty of cups but who uses cups and larger wine glasses please.

Casa Don Jaun had everything we needed for our holiday. Quiet and private location but conveniently placed for supermarket shopping and a short walk to the beach, about 15 / 20 mins. The pool is large by comparison to other rentals in the area.

Large comfortable villa , as previous reviewis dated and would benefit an update however pool and terrace area make it . Everything you need in the kitchen some crockery /glassware needs throwing chipped and cracked but plenty available . Pool towels old and covered you in bits . Lynn very quick to respond and help . Location great . Nothing spoilt the holiday had a great time and would stay again .

Close to everything (Spar for butcher meat) Hipperdino and Lidl for everything else and a Pharmacy as well
El PoLaco restaurant across the road is fab for food and the Kazbar great for a drink
My only teeny tiny suggestion is bigger wine glasses please 😉other wise great villa and will be back next year again

Recently spent 12 days at the villa. It’s the ideal place to have a quite holiday but to be close enough to walk to both shops, restaurants and the beech. Communication with the manager was great respond to questions was almost instant. Will be back in the future.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Don Juan. The villa is comfortable and the pool is a good size for a swim or for the kids to play in. The villa is only a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport, a 5 minute walk in to town where there are lots of good restaurants, and a 10 minute walk to the sandy beaches.
We actually struggled to find the entrance to the villa when we first arrived - the street numbers go 19, 15, 17, 15-3, 15-1 which confused us! When we found our way in some of the cutlery was dirty and a spill that had dripped from the worktop down through the drawers hadn't been cleaned but these were only minor and easily remedied.
Overall we had a really good stay and will certainly think about returning.

The villa was perfect for what we wanted, great location and the pool was fab. A nice gentle 10 minute walk (Lidl just round the corner) to all amenities. Great communication with Lynn from start to finish.

Avons séjourné dans le logement de Lynn durant 1 semaine avec nos enfants et notre petit fils de 3 ans. Lynn est très réactive et soucieuse du confort de ses hôtes. Les pièces sont idéalement situées de plein pieds. La piscine chauffée est un plus. C'est une bonne adresse. Tout est à proximité.

Heeft een update nodig
Leuk huis met fantastisch zwembad, maar vanaf dag één zat er een geelgroene kleur op onze badpakken, op onze huid en in ons haar. Zonnecrème volgens de onderhoudsmensen, maar dan moeten de vorige gasten zowat hun tubes hebben uitgespoeld in het zwembad.
Het oprolsysteem voor het zwembadzeil valt dagelijks uit elkaar, uit de warmwaterkraan komt roestbruin water, in de wasruimte regende het binnen, en de afwasmachine, die aan de binnenkant roestplekken vertoont, heeft twee dagen niet gewerkt.
Het servicebedrijf is redelijk efficiënt en behulpzaam, maar je moet wel eerst voorbij hun standaard antwoord "don't worry about that" raken. Het roestbruine water hebben ze ook niet kunnen oplossen.
Tel daarbij een erg beperkt aantal en erg kleine kookpotten en wat weinig grote mokken en glazen.
Maar mits een relatief kleine investering kan het weer een topbestemming worden.

The villa was great for us , it’s proximity to the shops / restaurants meant we didn’t need a hire car & we were able to use the villa trolley for our shopping .
The pool was great , my children spent most days in it . It’s a great depth .

Fab break, in a perfect villa.
Having stayed here before we were not disappointed to find the villa just as lovely as before. Lots of fresh towels left for just the 2 of us, frash linen left for a mid week change (but with the washing machine just washed and dried the ones we were using) plenty of crockery etc. Pool was lovely and warm every day, which was great. Plenty of restaurants a short walk away and supermarkets close by. Cannot fault this place and will be back. Thank you.

Another fabulous stay in Casa Don Juan
We had a couple of small issues (not enough wine glasses and a wee problem with pool heating) which were dealt with at great speed with excellent communication
The villa is in an ideal location 15 mins walk from the harbour with 3 supermarkets all within 5 mins walk
The pool is amazing beds are comfy and BBC on the tv for the news and strictly
Can’t wait to come back next year!😎
