The whole experience staying here was amazing from start to finish. The whole complex was spotlessly clean. The junior suites we booked were right next door to each other and were amazing. English channels and suites cleaned daily. Lovely balcony with view of pool. The food was superb, first evening meal included fresh sushi and service was always greeted with a smile and so attentive. The pool areas were clean and plenty of sunbeds. The snack bar and bar services were great, not much queuing and staff were always pleasant. The entertainment team were so hard working and the shows catered for all nationalities. The bar under the reception area was superb, very classy and great drink options. Holidayed as a family of four, our daughters being 15 and 18 and they loved it as well. We are looking to book again in July as we loved it so much. Definately a high 4 star complex. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Among so many things that we did not like, there were a few that should be listed here 1. A large choice of food including some local products (no idea about lunch and dinner as we didn't want those options). 2. A quiet location (rather near the coast and still silent if to compare it with the 1st beach line accommodations). 3. A welcome kit which consisted of a big bottle of natural water, coffee and tea. 4. Fresh fruit juice during breakfast.

This is a paradise for those who love industrial tourism. Unfortunately for us, we have stayed 5 nights in the private accommodation in the North of the island and can compare the quality. Here is the list of what we did not like: 1. Thin walls (we heard neighbours loudly pulling their heavy suitcases upstairs at night; we also heard alarm clock ringing of other neighbours; those who were below us were not happy with our departure at 7 AM as we also woke them up). 2. 'Ryanair' attitude. 'Do you need beach towels? No worries, we could lend you them to you for just 15 euros!' 'Would you like to weigh your suitcase? Sure, please insert 1 euro!' It is soooooo poor!! 3. Too many guests eating at the same time and thus one is lucky if (s)he is not seated by the isle where everyone passes, bumps into you, etc. NO PRIVACY! 4. Tired personnel with American smiles. 5. Hotel's parking lot during a couple of evenings was just-just able to accommodate all rented cars. 6. Hotel could indicate what it is done with food remains given such large amounts of daily food. Do they reuse it? Do they throw it away? Donate to the zoo? We could not find any information about it. 7. Outside the rooms there were recycling bins. In the room there is only one general waste bin thus it is not easy to recycle anything. In addition to that, outside recycling bins are located right below some visitors' windows and thus they are not happy with the noise one makes... 8. We had an impression that if this hotel could make, it would be so that guests stayed in it all the time. That's some sort of a trap. We missed publicly displayed information on this most beautiful island, created by harsh nature and improved by César Manrique. A gifted map at the reception is not a big deal, sorry.

Location, clean,staff lovely...reception, booking in made very welcome

I requested ground floor...( 6009 ) ..which way very nice..but the noise from staff setting up for breakfast on the outside and the noise from the pool was a bit to much...we had to keep the patio door closed..it is our 3rd time staying there ,and will do so again

The food was amazing I can't fault it, particularly in the evening but breakfast great too and so much choice in nice surroundings.

The only thing I can think of was there was a small gap at the bottom of the door to the floor but this is really not much of an issue. I rarely heard any other guests going past.

property is clean and in a good location

nowhere to sit on a normal seat outside. was only sunbeds or low seats. not good for people with mobility problems. Food was poor and cold. if Aircon is not available. please say so before taking the booking.

Quality of the product

Wide range of selection of food, some freshly grilled in front of you. Perfect location to base here and explore easily the whole island from here. Parking.

Beware of rooms in the block 4 (rooms 4xxx) if you are early sleeper). Just in the middle of U shaped block 4 is "amphiteathre" = disco, where every night 21:30-23:00 is party. we have to move as we had originally room just above the disco and the windows were single glass. New room in block 6 is far enough and had double glass windows, so noise level was acceptable. Not mentioned here at booking.com, neither directly visible at official resort web pages. Little hidden info for such an impact that could be caused for some customers. If not all inclusive customer (e.g. half board), even water (brought bottled) was paid for dinner. Soft bed (everyone's preference).
