exhaust fan was poor in toilet and kitchen. we are big families so we need some help for luggage carriers like hotel. Apart from that all are excellent.

The location of the apartments is very good. there are shopping centers and supermarkets nearby. It is possible to walk on foot, the metro is within walking distance.

I like and am satisfied with the service and comfort here because it makes me want to book again and stay here when I travel to Kuala Lumpur.

I am not satisfied and do not agree with the fee charged when wanting to park a vehicle in this resident because I have paid a fee of 274, it should be included in the parking fee and I also do not agree with the hourly fee charged when wanting to leave the parking lot and park the vehicle again when the business is done outside.

The view and the cleanliness

The host is very attentive & helpful. They set up a special WhatsApp group to help with anything regarding the house. Very welcoming and warm. Place is cosy & comfortable. Will come back if there's any chance.

No bidet at toilet

The owner itself was very friendly and able to solve my problems fastly✅👍🏼They owner is very nice,reply all my questions even I disturb their time🙏🏻Recommended to go here.The room is very clean and the toilet too. If you want to stay in KL go for this suites 10/10.

big space and nice view

- Very near to KLCC and eating place. There is a small 7E at the property - very clean, spacious, aircond working very well. A very comfortable unit. - agent (Bill) very friendly and responsive. - there is a 24 hours mart on the 6th floor. Very convenient if you are hungry at night and looking for something light to eat especially during MCO. - a lot of extra mattresses so can use them to lie on front of the telly watching netflix (own account. No tv channels available) - Hot water available in the bathroom n kitchen - Very secured and safe unit.

- A bit run down (although well maintained) - There is a washing machine but no dryer and no place to hang washed clothes. No soap too for the washing machine. Have to buy on your own. And be creative when you want to hang washed clothes - no cutleries whatsoever. Not even a spoon in sight. - 1 wok and 1 pan but no cooking utensils at all. - broom not available but provided upon request (there’s supposed to be one in the unit but the one we stayed in has a mop but no broom) we - 3rd bedroom is actually a small work space with a plastic door attached. Quite tight and narrow. Also quite warm because the unit’s aircond doesn’t reach the area. So it is actually a 2 bedroom apartment and extra space where the bunkbed is placed. - the area doesn’t feel really safe. Was stopped by a few policemen on bike and searched without reason while smoking outside lobby area. At night, there are also a lot of people hanging anout at the lobby area - parking area very narrow and pitch black dark (no lights at night). - During MCO phase 2 pool and gym still closed.
