Appartamento meraviglioso. Arredato con gusto e praticita'.Completo di tutto e molto accogliente. Situato in una posizione eccellente a neanche 100 MT dalla metropolitana fermata Avenida sulla linea blu in pieno centro e con ottimi ristoranti nella rua de san jose'. Supermercato Aldi a 40 metri. Appartamento fornitissimo per cio' che riguarda le stoviglie. Ti fa sentire a casa..

L’espace, la luminosité, les deux salles de douches/toilettes qui permettent l’intimité, nous étions trois voyageurs. C’est un endroit calme et bien situé.

Le micro ondes ne fonctionnait plus, mais c’est vraiment un détail

Apartamento bem amplo, bem equipado, roupa de cama e travesseiros ok. Localização privilegiada, dá pra fazer tudo a pé! Ideal para família ou grupo que tenha intimidade, já que um dos quartos o banheiro é fora.

A escada na chegada com malas é matadora! São dois lances íngremes e no meu caso que estava com malas grandes, foi bem desafiador. Os banheiros são bons, mas a água vaza do box e molha todo o banheiro ao tomar banho. Não tem penduradores suficientes pra secarem as toalhas e eles não deixam toalhas extras, se quiser, precisa coloca-las na máquina pra lavar. Falta suporte para itens pessoais no chuveiro e a pia da suíte é bem pequena, não tem nem apoio para escova de dentes. Não peguei dias muito quentes, então não precisei de AC que não tem em nenhum dos quartos, mas pra dormir, não dá pra deixar as janelas abertas por conta do barulho da rua.

We should have stayed longer!! The steps to the second storey were a bit steep but manageable.

The whole apartment is very nice, spacious, and decently furnished. It has a big, equipped and spacious kitchen with a large seating area. We also really loved the bedroom - it was spacious, very nicely accommodated and the bed was so comfy and great! Further, the host, Marta, was really nice! She welcomed us into the apartment, showed us everything, and provided us with all the needful information and tips for the city and its surroundings. Thank you very much for the lovely stay!

The kitchen was very spacious and nice, however, we think that it might be a bit more equipped with the cooking utensils - that was the only thing we kind of missed (while cooking) in the apartment during our stay. However, it is still equipped well for basic and quick cooking.
