The key pick up was a little odd. We were told to pick the keys up from the Gerringong office, but on our way, we received an email saying the keys were at site. Not a bigger, but I wouldn't want to come the other way (from Sydney etc) and have this confusion.

The location was lovely and quiet, local shops and restaurants were close by and the Kiama CBD was withing nice walking distance. We were fit enough to walk along the very steep slopes to restaurants and climb the number of stairs into the apartment.

I did not cook any meals, but a pot I saw in the cabinet looked really worn out. There was room for fine-tuning the cleaning, e.g. the window frame was really dusty and dirty. A dustpan and food items on the same shelf in the pantry is not according to my hygiene standard. The information to pick up the keys was confusing instructions to pick up and drop in the real estate agent at Gerrigon and when I arrived there I was told that the key is in Kiama, online check-in link did not work.
