Toilet atas not so comfortable. Bau tak menyenangkan , i took for 3 days 2 night, toilet atas xguna pn, sbb bau uneasy, mcm bau bawang/beer i dontknow 😅

1. Location was great. 2. Near to amenities and MRT station 3. A pity if property could not be upkept well.

1. The walls nearing the air condition was left not maintained (Not Painted) when the AC was leaking. 2. The Upstairs toilet sink was leaking badly when sink was in use. 3. Upon checking in the unit, the floor was not swept nor moped. The floor and toilets observed with long hair. 4. Basic kitchen utensils were insufficient though some were provided. 5. Toilet amenities like bidet and towels are not provided well. E.g Bathroom Leg and Wet Towel are not provided. Therefore property toilet is slippery and dangerous to be used.

I just read one of the comment. She also didn't get her refund money from the agent , so do I. For people that is interested in this property, please be careful as your deposite money will not be refund as well

bath room smelled bad

the apartment itself is beautiful, amazing views out over Cheras, especially in the thunder and lightning. so much right downstairs in the Eko Cheras mall, easy to get grab delivery. Great wifi, nice and spacious. the gym / pool on the roof are amazing, with such great views. the water purifier was a really nice addition so you don’t always need water bottles.

It has so much potential for a long stay option, but there are so many basic essentials missing. no pots pans or basic cutlery to cook with, even though there’s a hob and a supermarket downstairs. No airer, washing line or dryer even though there’s a washing machine. No duvet, only sheets (not 100% necessary in Malaysia, but not comfy to sleep on). For a month stay, you don’t want to invest in all these things but daily life is so much more difficult without them. I would also say the apartment could do with a paint, as lots of the walls are chipped and paint is damaged. The apartment was dirty when I moved in (I had to wash the towels as they were covered in yellow stains and had bugs squashed on them). I’m not a picky person, and this is the first negative review I’ve ever left. I don’t even mind doing a bit of cleaning, or even washing the towels, but my messages were ignored. The only reply I got is that they don’t provide an airer (after I already washed the towels, so I had no way to dry them).

No breakfast

The ironing board was a mini-one and the iron had scarring and cannot be used. There was no refill of toilet rolls even when requested as we stayed 7 nights. Check-in was a hassle. We contacted the host many times without any response. All calls went to voice mail. There was only one unit key and tag which was very inconvenient. The toiletries look diluted and unhygienic and we bought our own. Two of the dining chairs were wobbly. There was no microwave oven and no paper towels or wipes in the kitchen. It was not a pleasant experience.

Location is nice. Don't have to worry about transport and food.

Sofa was stained and dirty. Wi-Fi was lacking and TV not function well. Could not use the hair dryer as it was a 2-pin plug and could not fit the plug on the wall, no adapter. Floor was sticky as well

This property provided no check in information. Numerous calls, text messages and emails to the contacts listed were completely ignored when we attempted to check-in. We had to find alternative accommodation at 3:30pm on the check in date. Very very poor service. And to date, still no refund. Please avoid booking with this company.
