Clean. Loved the range of pillows available. Love being able to help myself to the amenities provided at the lobby or make myself coffee/tea anytime. Washer dryer facilities are great along with the hangout area on level 2.

Room was very small. toilet area was very small. For people with long legs and tall, when sitting on the toilet, the knees touch the wall - which was quite uncomfortable.

好きなアーティストのライブ遠征で宿泊しましたがロビーでmvを流してくださっていたのでとても嬉しかったです。シアターのお部屋をお借りしましたがスクリーンでYouTubeなど見れる点がとても嬉しく感じました。

接客、空気、水、リネン類…居心地の良さに関わる基本的なとこに清潔感が感じられました。 温泉でしっかり温まれて、疲れがとれました。部屋のモニターから、浴室や食堂の混雑状況がわかるのも便利！

女性客にサービスされるアメニティセットには、メイク落としからシャンプーセット、美容液などたくさん入ってて、嬉しかったのですが、パックと美容液の香りがキツめで、香りに敏感な娘は使えませんでした。個人的には綿棒があると嬉しかったかな。

The hotel had an onsen which differentiated it from the others. The service staff were friendly, particularly the ones who were at the breakfast cafe. The hotel also had a pillow shelf at the ground floor, allowing guests to take different types of pillows suited to their needs back to their rooms. Overall, the experience was very positive.

If there is one thing, it would be the size of the rooms we chose. No fault of anyone in this case.

The bathroom is small. A bit hard for toilet for those who are overweighted.

スタッフの方の応対がとても良かった。天然温泉もとっても気持ち良かった。備え付けシャンプーも髪がさらさらになって良かった。

温泉の脱衣所で使い終わったタオル溢れていたり洗面台の所が汚かったのが気になった。

天然温泉が気持ち良くてよかった。また24時間オープンなので夜、早朝と入り快適でした。 ハブラシや髭剃りは1階のロビーにあり自由に使うシステム。髭剃りはシック社の3枚歯でした。出張等で全国のホテルに行きますがこのクオリティの高さにはびっくりです。 水が美味しかった。ウェルカムドリンクは種類も多く大満足でした。

ツインルームを希望でしたがダブルルームしかなく、ベットが小さい。一人で泊まるには十分なベットですが二人ではきつかったです。枕が1本だけかためのがあり二人では寝にくかった。1階のロビーに借りられる枕があるといわれ行ったがすでになかった。もともと在庫が少ない様子。部屋が狭く2人では窮屈でした。ハンガーの位置が悪く、ベッドの上を歩かないと使えない。足元が不安定で危なかった。

the english breakfast was not as good as what I had in mind and also, although the hotel says that they speak both japanease and english, most staff spoke to me in japanease (I managed somehow with google translate anyway).

The hotel is eco friendly and has excellent customer service. the room has a smart pad that controls the lights, TV and AC. There also is a public soaking bath designated for males and females. The soaking bath has minerals and nice washing area. The rooms were comfortable and clean. My kids has a connected room. The breakfast was good with variety of choices made from local produce. Great location as it is just a few mins walk from omiya station.

The rooms were a little tight but normal for Japan.

Great location just few minutes walking distance away from Omiya station. Friendly helpful staff and excellent accommodation. I came with my family and was able to get joining rooms for the 3 kids. I was able to have my suitcase stored for the few days while I am in Kyoto.

There is a private onsen (thermal bath) on the 2nd floor, rhe room was awesome and it's really near Omiya station !

the room quite clean but a little bit small, near Oyima station ＆ shopping street.

the breakfast less than expecting, just normal, quantity & type of food is not good, no need to pay.

Bedding and pillows were super comfortable. You also could choose another type of pillow from a wall of pillows. Rooms was large. Onsen was really good also.

Everything is new, clean and tidy. Loved the Onsen, welcome drink, and pillow rental. Easy access to station, convenient stores, shops and restaurants, Value for money. Highly recommended and I will stay there again.
