Breakfast was great..room was clean and quiet

Just off the highway but very quiet. Ample Parking. Good American Breakfast included. Food options and Walmart Supercenter close. Good value for money. Good internet. Good size shower with adequate water pressure.

No bread, toast for breakfast.

Breakfast was good and all areas and surfaces were clean.

It was ok

They double charged me. Then they put it back and the next thing I knew, they taken it out again and really made my vacation very uncomfortable. I would call but always getting the runaround on refunding my money telling me it's gonna take awhile to receive my money when I was 800 miles from home! It didn't take them 5 or 10 days to take my money but now they are telling me it may take that long to receive mine! I didn't appreciate that at all!!!!

Spacious room, ample parking, great location, friendly staff.

There was a large stain on the carpet and the sofa had stains as well.

The staff was pleasant.

The couch had a stains on it. Some of the towels were dirty

Breakfast was okay.

The first room was not clean at all. I should’ve known by the looks of the hallway. I went back down and asked for another room immediately. The second room wasn’t any better however, I prepaid for my reservation so I was pretty much stuck. I ended up cleaning my own room because I wanted it to be done right. I never sat on the couch because the fabric looked very nasty and disgusting. I wish I had a black light it’s no telling what I would’ve saw. I wiped down all the table tops including the restroom sink as well as the bench in the room by the closet with the white towels they provided and let’s let say they were brown when I was done. I used the bath towel as a protective cover for the desk chair while I worked. I will never stay at this location ever again. Wi-Fi was out the last day of my stay.

The refrigerator wasn’t getting cold but the freezer was working. The kitchen area needed a little cleaning.
