Convenient location and clean property.

Well, I have questions about the way to thermostat was set up But overall my stay was pleasant La Quinta has always came through for us. It’s getting a little pricey. But it’s pet friendly, and always for the most part clean. We stayed for two days on the last day two people checked out because of a bug problem or something but they were very vocal telling me that. Of course, it’s a hotel and people from all walks of life visit these establishments you can never tail if this would happen to you Of course, it happened to us before just not with La Quinta Not everyone takes care of the pets the way they’re supposed to We’ve stayed at this location twice and if I happen to have more than two days of work, we’re probably gonna stay there again I’m pretty sure that the staff and upper management will do their best about the bugs And just don’t say I understand Housekeeping is housekeeping, you know it’s like whatever with those ladies😂😂 but they work very hard and is always nice

Enjoyed the property for the most part. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However the children of some of the guess in the poop area were unsupervised and the entrance around the pool was not kept very well. Some of the interior walls and carpet around the elevator on the first floor was in need of repair. I would stay again, however minor improvements to the pool common area are required.

The room and the hallways smelled so bad i couldn’t sleep, I was so uncomfortable it’s called bleach carpet cleaner amonia something clean them walls and that carpet it makes no sense how that place smells like that i had stayed only 2 nights and went to another hotel

Hotel staff were great, the hotel though is old and needs a lot of work. The indoor pool and hot tub need to be cleaned properly. This is the first hotel that didn’t have coffee, tea or water other than at breakfast. The answer was Starbucks is right over there you can walk there.

Rooms had a smell, it was noisy, there was a domestic violence with a couple and my children heard the yelling kids crying not a pleasant thing to experience. My hotel card entry would never work I constantly had to go down the first floor and get a new key, pool was dirty and cloudy.

Room was clean and well stocked. Hotel definitely needs a face lift! Vending machines were on the harder side to work. Breakfast was good. And all the staff I came into contact with were very friendly.

We had a confirmed reservation, but arrived to find it was canceled. They could not, or would not, say when or by whom it was canceled. And we were told they had no rooms available. There was no offer to help in any way.

The bed was AMAZING! So comfortable and clean. I met the GM at check in and he was very kind and made us feel welcome.

Rooms needed updating(i.e. furniture was old and worn).

Staff was super friendly, room was extra clean and comfortable. If I have to mention something it would be that the pillows were not the most comfortable. They were very small and flat. The hot breakfast was really good, had waffles, eggs, sausage, hash browns, biscuits, cereal, muffins, oatmeal, toast, yogurts. Inwas impressed.

The pool was nice and the room was clean and comfortable. I loved the smell of the lobby and hallways.

When I arrived, around 5 pm, I could hearing someone talking in an office but no staff was at the front desk. I waited a short while and then had to say Hello before anyone came to the desk. Even then the person checking me in acted annoyed and like I was interrupting something. The check in itself was quick and seamless since I had made the reservation and paid ahead of time. This is our second time at this location but the first for this type of check in experience.

Love the whole staff specially the front desk. Girls y’all rock!!! Their smile and the enthusiasm they all had! They really love their job!! Corporate they are all keepers. Keep up the good job!

They had roaches. Not the water roaches either, a literal infestation of the German cockroaches. There were babies and big ones crawling everywhere

Average hotel

Listing said this hotel could sleep 5. It could not. I listed my family of five when booking and have never ran into this issue, a room always provides a couch sleeper or something for its 5th person. It had two queen beds and since everything around us was booked, we stayed. The staff was nice but again, no rollaways could be provided and they gave us 1 extra blanket and 1 pillow. My youngest son (10) slept on the floor. Bathrooms were grimy, old and furnishings sticky.

The staff was nice. Hotel was clean, room had a bad smell. but we saw 3 roaches in the bathroom

The staff was helpful and nice. The breakfast included during our stay was a good selection and warm options. The room we were in had some water damage from the floor above us near the window and ceiling. The bed were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious.

I’ll start with what I love one when they say they are a pet friendly they truly are the staff was amazing. Always nice. The breakfast was good the room was big. I had children with me so we were visiting the pool area. It was never restocked with towels pretty sure the pool was never cleaned or tested as well as the hot tub, even the kids didn’t want to go in it the last day of the weekend. Our room was clean, but The couch fabric was ripped. The office chair was ripped the pullout couch mattress was ripped and the room was in need of a paint job. These were important details for us as they don’t charge extra for pets, but tell you you’ll have to pay for any damages caused we took photos before and so far have not been hit with any of the charges that were there before we checked in. I don’t think we will be again The staff was amazing. Running a hotel and keeping pest down has to be the hardest of all things but this one did have a few roaches in the hallways and our last day, we saw them in the room. This was our second time staying at this location and I can say we will be trying a new place next time which makes me sad. Also, the hotel seems to have a lot of people not staying there, sleeping in their parking lot which caused concern at times because they would try to tailgate in the doors and use the restroom to avoid going in at the lobby

The original room they assigned me had roaches! I was given another room on a different floor and that room had roaches as well! When I decided not to stay at the hotel, they wanted to charge me for one night!

This hotel we experienced dirty or stained sheets. The furniture in our room was heavily stained and gross. I think these items need to be shampooed or replaced. I will not be staying at this location again.
