Noise from hallway other rooms, even in middle of the night. Multiple nights. Room was open at check in. Do not stay here if you enjoy your rest. Hard beds

the front desk staff. i had to cancel my march 18-21 stay because the staff switched the rooms without asking first. when i turned down her offer of compensation she repeatedly sigh very unpleasantly. note this: march 18, 2023, around 7 pm. staff was a young woman with short hair. very unpleasant person. shouldn’t be allowed to work in hospitality.

the cost is higher than the booking , so expensive to pay when we check in.

Only one thing I would complain about is that at check out the reception routinely had someone check the room and nothing was reported. Result I forgot and lost yet another phone charger...

reception tried to charge me extra 30k than booking.com, WiFi is no more than 2 mbps all 2 days, walls are thin - can hear phone notifications and bathroom fan from next room, can hear all conversations in hall, breakfast was cold, had to get the room key fixed twice, house keeping wakes you up at 8:30 am to clean your room. will stay elsewhere next time for this rate.
