Pas de petit déjeuner mais des petites attentions (eau café, thé, petits gâteaux…) Routes endommagées pour y accéder. Il faut la voiture pour y aller. Petite piscine ombragée

Mit den Hotel Fahrrädern lässt sich Tulum gut und entspannt erkunden. Zimmer sind gross und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Kleines Hotel mit nur 9 Zimmern, da hat Nes(tor) an der Rezeption auch mal Zeit zum Plaudern :-) Frühstück gibt es gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite (Me Latte). Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

l'hôtel est propre le personnel très sympathique et les chambres sont assez spacieuse.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel était hyper loin du centre ville, faut être véhiculé car le prix des taxis est exorbitant mais il y'a possibilité de se déplacer à vélo mais le soir les rues sont pas du tout éclairés. pour un court séjour c'est appréciable.

Muy limpio y las habitaciones muy silenciosas. Tanto el sitio como el personal, tranquilo y agradable.

No había desayuno, y solo podías desayunar en el hotel de delante pero 4 personas te sale a unos 60€. La verdad es que en esa zona de Mexico todo es exageradamente caro. Por otro lado solo tienen 6 bicis, y las toma quién se levanta antes. No hay para todos los clientes. No pasa nada, pero lo usan como un reclamo que no acaba de ser verdad.

- Fijn bed - Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel - Kamer was netjes en schoon - Rustige buurt - Ontbijt voor de deur. Wel tegen meerprijs maar was het wel waard - Leuke eettentjes in de buurt, centrum wel iets verder weg - Fijn zwembad - Er waren fetsen beschikbaar - Grote douche/badkamer

- De wijk is nog voor 3/4e in aanbouw waardoor er veel wordt gewerkt aan hotels etc. - Als het regent lopen de straten vol met water door alle gaten in de weg (die niet geasfalteerd is) - Geen TV in de kamer met de mogelijkheid voor netflix, wat voor in de avond wel fijn was geweest

Nice room, very comfortable bed , nice service from the staff.

It's quite far from the city centre, also from the Zona Hotelera.

I liked everything. The rooms are beautiful, bed was comfortable, and the balcony with pool view very nice. For breakfast there’s a little café right across the road, where you get a discount as a hotel guest, I prefer this to each and every hotel breakfast I’ve had in my life (well, except for the Taj Palace in Bombay, perhaps).

There’s nothing not to like about it.

The water preassure in the shower wasn’t so gut but that’s complaining at a high level. It was the only thing I would say could be better.

Es muy cómoda la habitación , amplia. Está cerca el restaurante la consentida , se desayuna y come bien ahí .

Su ubicación tiene :1)está en área donde hay construcciones y por la mañana hay mucho ruido . 2) tiende a irse la luz si llueve . 3) la ubicación está en zona sin pavimentar(es zona nueva) quizá mejore en el futuro . 4) no tiene TV el cuarto . 5) parece que en la zona de esos hoteles la gente de recepción solo está hasta ciertas horas para atenderte y luego se van. Así que si se te ofrece algo a media noche …pues lástima, no hay nadie .

Friendly and helpful front desk. Amazed by the towel art each day from housekeeping! Reasonable price for Tulum, we chose to stay downtown as beach resorts prices were extortionate. Free parking, room was well equipped. There is a breakfast café directly in front of the hotel but otherwise we drove around for food and drinks around town, which was quite convenient. We did not use the rental bikes due to most of the potholes all filled with water, we couldn't tell how deep it was - but most places are within cycling distance.

I read many negative reviews about the poorly paved roads leading to the hotel, I don't think you should judge a hotel based on the roads outside! Most of the roads in Tulum were equally bad or worse!

Ruhig gelegen abseits des Trubels von Tulum. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal bezüglich Tipps für Restaurants, Ausflüge usw. Grosszügiges und sauberes Zimmer. Schöner Pool, herrlich für eine Abkühlung.

The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist. They provided excellent recommendations for places to visit during the trip.

The road was bad going to the hotel, but I knew this before going to the hotel so I rented an SUV.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. They shared tons of info about local places and events and went well beyond their duties to make us feel welcomed.

Nothing, our stay was perfect.

The hotel is beautiful and set in a wonderful neighbourhood. The bicycles are handy. I used them to get to the beach and restaurants etc, and didn’t need a car. There are also great eateries within walking distance. The reception staff are superb. It was lovely to meet you Nestor, Muyami and Alan. Thanks so much for your great hospitality.

The staff is very kind.

The road near the hotel is unpaved. Full of pits and holes and bump. The tap is rusted. The water coming out the tap is salty. While the exterior of the hotel looks good, the interior renovation is cheap, simple and too basic. The wall is thin like a paper and it’s super noisy in the morning.

Beautiful, quiet oasis. It’s a small hotel only a 5 min walk from great places to eat in La Valeta. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the place was SO clean. We loved our stay!
