Clean and in a great location. It could use a few more kitchen towels and some paper towels. We did have to get some draino for the master bathtub.

We loved the cottage. It is very cozy and clean.

I have been a renter from vrbo for 10+ years. We stayed in unit A exactly as description. This was one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in. It was perfect and very close to everything. Each unit has its own small rocked yard for you furry friends. I woukd reccommend a small 2 or 3 foot gate on the side to enclose the yard. I went and purchased a 10$ baby gate worked perfect. Perhaps a fitted sheet in the cabinet for futon bed. Everything was perfect! Nice quiet neighborhood. Will be back for quick trips to see friends. Thanks for the hospitality

This is a very clean and modern home at an excellent price for very good value. Awesome tv and ac/heat in every room. I love having the fridge with ice maker and water dispenser so you don’t have to purchase water bottles. We had a great stay!

Grants Pass was a stop over for us on our road trip between the Redwoods and Crater Lake so that we could experience the Hellsgate Jet boats. The location of the house was a perfect location to access the boats and the rest of town! The kids loved having their own space and it was so easy for us to get in and out and about Grants Pass. The home was beautiful, clean, quiet, and exactly what we expected!

The house was very clean and inviting. Parking was easy as was everything else. Everything had been recently updated from painting to new appliances. We wished there had been a roll of paper towels in the kitchen and a box of Kleenex in the bathrooms. Minor :) Thank you!

This property was clean, cozy, and perfectly situated near stores & services, but also close to the outdoor activities we had planned. All of the amenities we needed were available and working. We had a very pleasant stay.

The duplex must be brand new. At least it looks that way. Sooo clean. TV in living room is great but too big for the close location to the couch. At least for us. We really appreciated seeing jw.broadcasting in the apps. Our personal favorite! I don’t have a vrbo account and didn’t want to add another account to my long list. That’s why the communication “ok”. The only major complaint we have has nothing to do with the property but VRB'S not providing the address. We needed the address to make our decision...had to contact the owners.

The property was very clean and a great layout. We had a slight hiccup with our access code, however the property managers were very communicative and quickly helped us access the property.

Loved the location for exploring the Rogue River. It was 100 degrees out but you wouldn’t know it in the cool air conditioned unit!

We visited Grants Pass for our nephews wedding. This hidden little gem is located in the middle of everything. We walked to Hells Gate Jet boats. We had a great time visiting and we’re very happy we had our own place to come back to after our long days exploring the city. Thank you Cherry for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place.

This is the second time we have stayed at Cherry's house. It is so nice and clean. They have done a lot of changes since the last time and I loved them. The log furniture and country decor is great. We have family in Grants Pass and hope to stay with Cherry again in the future. If you are going to Grants Pass or just stopping by you won't be sorry if you stay here..

Great communication, amazing attention to detail (provides a the little things you forgot) and outstanding follow through. Day 1 morning I texted Cherry to let her know the coffee pot was cracked. Less than an hour later the housekeeper shows up with a brand new coffees maker and sets it up for us!!

A nice secluded place set back off the street. Very nice, clean, comfortable. Downtown and park in walking distance. Will be staying here for future trips to the valley.

We were in Medford for my niece’s wedding during the September fires and after our previous reservation in Phoenix was cancelled, due to the evacuations, we were extremely lucky to find this new location. Owner is very responsive and accommodating. Duplex is very clean and modern. We highly recommend it.
