Well furnished and comfortable home with all the accessories one would need.

The Aircon was not working in 2 bedrooms and the fact that we had to wash our dishes on the last day (ideally this should form part of the R700 cleaning fee)

I loved the fact that we did not have to bring anything extra. Everything we could need was there. The place was beautiful and exceeded the pictures we saw on the website. The rooms are beautiful and big. Bathrooms are amazing big. The games provided was awesome. During loadshedding we light a fire and played games. It was nice that even during loadshedding the TV was on and there was a light on aswell. The host Ansie was such a wonderful person. Greeted my family with such kindness. She was such a joy and hyped up my mother as it was her birthday getaway. Everything was absolutely amazing. We did not want to go home. Felt like we were at home.

Only thing was booking.com breakage fee said R2,000.00 cash on arrival. But once the place was paid for in full. The documents that was sent to fill in said a different amount and had to be paid via EFT before arrival. This should please be the same. There might be people that did not budget to spend extra amount. Please also specify that children are also part of the 10 person count. And that kids will pay separate amount if there are 10 adults and kids are extra.

Beautiful house & great views. The fact that we could watch the FA Cup final during load shedding was amazing.

The area does get a bit of a fish smell due to the close by fish cannery was probably the only downside.

Everything. It was the perfect place for a family getaway. No need to go anywhere as the house Has everything you need.

Pool was exceptionally cold but children still had a blast. Just not appropriate if a family with hyper/busy/naughy children should come as a lot of glass tables and vases around

13 page inventry to verify each and every item in the house which after 1 hour we were still busy completing.By leaving at 12.00 pm you need to skip lunch and have a meal somewhere else or if you decide to stay an hour later it will cost you an extra R500.00.

The view is beautiful. The house house is modern and spacious. Great entertainment facilities. Lovely peaceful environment.

I didn't like the fact that we had to spend 2 hours checking a 13 page inventory list, as instructed in the rules & regulations document and having to notify discrepancies within 3hours of arrival! The list of do's & don'ts were also a bit of damper on the vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed the view from the property, the amenities and very much appreciated the cleanliness and the space.

There wasn't anything to dislike only suggestions for slight improvement. Heating the pool Additional dishwashing cloths, the drying cloths were sufficient. Supply a minimum of 3 black bags. It would also be wonderful if we had access to bicycles.

A Beautiful gem in the heart of St. Helena Bay. On arrival we had the pleasure of meeting the host Ilse. She is very friendly, kind and helpful. The house is so beautiful, modern and clean. The indoor swimming pool is most certainly a bonus!!! Can't wait to come back for a longer stay.
