unfortunately there was work being done on adjacent property with regular drilling, hammering so it did impact relaxation at the property. In addition no cushions for outside loungers.

Overall very good apartment for a couple/family/friends. Spacious and modern apartment and terrace, beautiful view. Closed underground garage for a car. Not very close to city center but if you have a car it's not a problem. Would recommend and definitely stay another time.

The location is situated on a hill and indeed the sunset view from the apartment is amazing. Also the apartment has all the amenities needed to cook by yourself and there's enough space to host 4-5 people. The open kitchen layout helped us a lot because we were with our 1y old baby there and it was easy to check on him. We also appreciated the communication with the owners, they responded fast and were very nice to us.

The neighbor from apartment 23 (right next to us) played very loud music each evening from ~19:00 to ~21:00. We had to escalate this to the owner because although it was not in the silence hours, the music was exceeding any decent listening level. Moreover the walls between the apartments are really thin and were basically vibrating due to the music. The owner talked with the neighbor, but unfortunately that guy kept playing music the next day as well. We basically had only one calm evening during the whole week, that being Sunday (probably the guy was out of the apartment). This was a big minus because our child should have calmly slept starting ~18:30-19:00 and we actually chosen an apartment instead of an hotel room so that it's a more calm location and further from beach noise. Location being on a hill was a minus as well because there were no shops easily reachable by foot nearby and definitely to go to the beach you needed a car. There is nearby a groceries store, but to go there without a car it's quite of an exercise. The parking spot it's a little bit challenging if you have a big car, but usable.

Modern apartment. The terrace is amazing with exceptional view. Both beds are comfortable. The amenities, kitchen, lighting gadgets, TV etc were up to standard. Parking space excellent

We were four adults and only got one towel each for 6 nights (extra cost for additional towels). We knew there was no heating/aircondition and thought it might get too hot/humid, but it was rather that it got really cold during the evening/night in late December (we had to dress well for the nights to prevent catching a cold)
